Had a group of people stay for a conference in town. This was a fun and great place to stay and close to everything we needed. Access was easy and loved the character and charm of it.

We are so glad that you and your family enjoyed your stay. We can't wait to host you in the future.
We have stayed at this property for the last two years for Michigan Irish Music Festival. The location is perfect for not having to drive anywhere and the accomodations are perfect for our group of 8.
Four golfers stayed three nights at the Boilermaker. Very nice property with an excellent location downtown. We could walk to several nice restaurants and the farmers market. Muskegon has steadily been improving over the last several years
Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our stay. The location doesn’t seem great, but once you get out and look around, it’s right near everything. Would have been nice to have hangers, or drawers to put clothes in. Nightstands would have also been a good addition for charging phones at night. However, we really did enjoy our stay.
Location close to Heritage Landing. Sleeping accommodations worked well for our group. Price is reasonable and decor is pleasing. On street parking has the potential to pose a problem during festivals when parking is at a premium.
Nicole was more than accommodating to our requests and even went above and beyond when our initial booking was cancelled due to an inspection. She did everything to make it right and upgraded us to a place that was more than we ever would've expected. I will def book with her again.
I went to stay here over spring break with some friends, the place was honestly probably too much for the amount of people I brought along but the atmosphere was super homey and it was worth a few extra empty beds. The space is beautifully decorated with amazing historical detail to keep it true to its roots. We were close to the beach and other amazing places. Overall 10/10!
Very nicely finished condo. Only opportunity for improvement is that the kitchen needs a few more pans etc . If you plan meal prep as part of the stay the kitchen falls a bit short
This property is immaculately clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the unit, it's a very low traffic street. The unit was quiet, even with a bachelor party renting the downstairs unit. The back patio is shared with the downstairs unit and their unit enters through the patio. The unit is about a 15 minute walk to "downtown" Muskegon.
The beds were comfortable, there are lots of decor and finishing touches to make this place look and feel nice. We stayed as a party of 6, with one child. One of the beds is not a standard twin, it is smaller in both height and width so I would only utilize this for a child. There is very little room to navigate around the beds in 3/4 of the rooms. The kitchen does not have enough plates, cups, or bowls for 10 people. There are no platters or large containers to hold things for a large group/party. The loft was amazing! There was no cooking oil despite that being something that the property states they had. One bathroom shower is huge, the other was claustrophobic. The building is plumbed incorrectly and while flushing toilets in another room, the water goes from cold to scalding. The vessel sinks, while beautiful, don't allow for any space to do makeup or have a cup of coffee while getting ready. The space felt crowded with 6 people. I wouldn't recommend it for 10. This is a beautiful building, very clean, and we would stay there again with a smaller party.
