This place is awesome! We had 2 families with kids ranging from 8-19. Everyone had a blast! It was nice to be able to walk to the dock to fish. The game room was a plus for the kids when they got too hot outside. The place has everything you would need to fix meals. We're already planning to go back this fall!

I'm so glad our cabin was exactly what your families needed! We look forward to hosting you all again soon!
This was an unexpected gem of a family riverside retreat! We needed a fun place to spend a few days with our four younger kids while big brother spent time at nearby Harding University, and this was perfect. The property is lovely- right on the little Red River- and the home is adorable. The owners have thoughtfully prepared the space with everything needed and more, from kayaks to plenty of everything needed for family meals and game nights. We met friendly neighbors, fished from the dock and nearby bridge, watched a busy beaver at work just across river…so many memories made in just a few days- we hope to come back next year!
Thoughtfully appointed river retreat! This home has so many thoughtful additions: games, several seating areas, kayaks, fire pit and more. Host had excellent communication. Home was spotless and had a stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook throughout our stay effortlessly. I highly recommend this quiet, relaxing home on the river!

Thank you for your kind words. We tried to think of everything to make your stay memorable! I'm glad you enjoyed our cabin. We would love to host you again!
It's a bit isolated from everything... But it's a wonderful house and stay in general... for someone who came just to rest, it's brilliant, but for someone looking for attractions, definitely not... We're in the middle of everything and we definitely had a good time. Dobacin is understandable and very communicative!

We are so glad you had a wonderful time and caught some fish. We hope you left relaxed and rested! Looking forward to having you again!
Everything was clean and beautiful. The hostess was as accommodating as I could have ever imagined. The cabin was very special with very nice decor! The kitchen was appropriately furnished with utensils and grilling equipment. We were glad that some previous items like oil and seasonings were left there because we for got some of those necessities.

So glad you enjoyed the peace of Pangburn & the river! Look forward to having you back again soon!
We celebrated our daughter's graduation from Harding University at this beautiful vacation home!! Most of our time was spent in the sunroom enjoying the view of the Little Red River. It was so peaceful and quiet, none of us wanted to leave!!! Some of our highlights were sitting by the fire pit and making s'mores, playing pingpong, watching the fireflies, bbq'ing, kayaking, taking walks, and enjoying the charm of this beautiful home. It was very clean and the host even left a few treats and coffee pods!! I would love to come back for a week and spend all my time here at the house!!
