Enjoy our fully furnished and fully equipped gorgeous apartment! It’s only a few short minutes walk or bike ride to the South Cape Downtown District with all their shops and eateries. Head down the street to the Yacht Club basin and Cape Coral Beach. Just around the corner you’ll find the waterfront Four Freedoms park.

Experience the warmth of the sun and the gentle breezes sway the majestic palms that remind you of Paradise. You can feel the soft sand between your toes at the beautiful beaches and the clear water invites you to take a dip.

Our 900 sqft sized 2 bed / 2 bath condominium is located in a complex with only 10 units in a nice and guest-friendly community between Downtown and Yacht Club in the Heart of South Cape Coral. There are Amazon FireTVs with Prime Music / Video, Netflix and more in the living room as well as in the master and guest bedrooms. Each of the rooms has ceiling fans and a Google Mini to play music or use as Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area attached. Everything is bright and furnished in modern style.
