You can GoGoGo or relax in style! This delightful apartment within a house is the perfect base for your trip. Boasting a cozy bedroom with cable TV in a fun jungle decor, and a bathroom with tub/shower-this property has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Enjoy the fabulous pool area, featuring chaise loungers, covered dining, and a grill; sun and swim in comfort!
Guests have a designated, off road parking space, a separate entrance with a lock, and a well lit pathway. Kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, coffee maker, an air fryer and microwave; additional small kitchen appliances are available upon request. Outdoor grilling is a plus!
Host lives on the premises and is very attentive to guests' needs and requests! Pool area may be shared with the host; there are no additional guests. She has friendly dogs (once we are all introduce!) Dogs owned by guests are potentially allowed. Indoor cats are welcome!

Conversely, I will also respect your privacy. I am a people person. I am a retired registered nurse; I worked many years in the hospital, usually in the emergency department, on the night shift. Yes, I have some stories to tell!
I grew up on the East Coast of Florida, lived several years in the mountains of North Georgia, and returned to Florida three years ago to be near family. I love Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. I have done a little exploring and can direct you to some activities and restaurants . Come and enjoy sunny South Florida at Palms n Paradise!

Why they chose this property
I enjoy my neighborhood of established homes with mature landscaping. It’s a very safe area; you will see lots of walkers and bicycle riders. A family of the famous Cape Coral burrowing owls lives right across the street!
