The downstairs features three bedrooms, all with ensuite full bathrooms for your convenience. The additional downstairs bedrooms feature a queen bed, and comfortable day bed, plus laundry room area.

This home is located a short five-minute golf cart ride from the world-class Montage Inn and Octagon restaurant, or 15-minute golf cart ride from Moreland Village. Moreland Village features Cole's restaurant, bowling alley and game room, large marsh-front pool and fitness center, and the famous five-story tree house in Moreland Landing – don't miss the view from the top!

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

- May 24th - May 27th for Memorial Day, - June 29th - July 7th for 4th of July, September 30th - October 2nd Labor Day weekend,
Thanksgiving Week and Christmas/NYE week (dates TBD). These blackout dates are strictly determined by the Palmetto Bluff Club.
