We loved this super cute cottage. It was perfect for staying close to Franklin for baseball. We loved the goats and animals on the property.

Relaxing & unforgettable

My family and I had such a wonderful time at the cottage. Jamie was such a caring hostess and their ranch is beautiful with many new experiences for my kids to enjoy. It was great for them to fish and feed the cows and other farm animals without having their cell phones on them. An unforgettable experience and one they want to revisit in the future. We didn’t get to venture out more as we had a busy baseball schedule in Franklin. The cottage was very clean and spacious for the five of us. We’ll look forward to another stay to enjoy the property some more and create more cherished memories.

Baseball Parent Approved!

This cottage was an unexpected gem! We have traveled all over the country for baseball with our family of 5. Hotels are a challenge because one child is stuck on a couch or blowup mattress. This cottage had 4 beds upstairs that were very comfortable for the kids. We were able to cook breakfast for ourselves in the full kitchen. Very clean, thoughtful amenities (especially for families with children), and responsive helpful hosts. If you are playing at Premier, this gem is only 15 min from the fields. Highly recommended this property!

We Loved this Charming Little Cottage!

Our family of eight recently stayed at this cozy little cottage, and it was perfect for us. The cottage was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. The ground floor features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a wonderful shower and great water pressure. Although there isn't a dining table, there is an island that seats 3-4 people, along with a sofa. Additionally, there's a deck outside with more seating options. Upstairs, there's a spacious room with two queen beds, two twin beds, and a half bath. There’s ample space to add a couple of air mattresses if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the charming animals in the fenced areas on the property. There are cows, two very friendly goats, and a shy donkey that allowed me to pet him once. The owners were incredibly kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely consider staying there again.
