Upstairs bedrooms offer individual climate control,, queen beds, new bathroom. Island kitchen with attached living room. 2 Smart TV’s & unlimited fibre Internet. Ice maker, washer dryer. Amenities within minutes. Park to walk the dog. UNIT B parking in front of iron gate. Additional street parking free. BBQ available.

Your Unit is B. Great central location close to Caesars Windsor, Erie And Ottawa street restaurants. I have separate basement, with a tenant that has access through the courtyard to his man door and back fence gate to his parking.
