Home was very well appointed. Great bathroom and high quality linens and towels. Close to downtown. Owner was very communicative and responsive to all inquiries. I would have given 5 stars on all ratings, but the neighborhood was noisy at night.
The home was only a short walk to Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. The home was spacious and has a large additional bedroom in the basement. The neighborhood was a bit loud at night. The on site parking was great to have.
The beds were comfortable and the towels were hotel quality. This places checked all the boxes for me. It was very nice to have an off street parking spot.
The property was perfect, pristine, and accommodating for our family of four and two pups. The location was 5-10 min walk or drive to the Main Street and amazing events that were happening during the Christmas season. However, the neighborhood felt “iffy” after dark. Be advised.
The house was just what we expected - clean, well-furnished, well-supplied and close to town. Plenty of clean towels, dishes, new tvs and a HUGE fridge!
Even though we arrived well after midnight, Lionel responded to a question quickly.
We really appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms with a soaking tub and rain shower. Everything we needed for a weekend visitng friends and family in Annapolis!
Great property, well equipped, very clean, off-street parking important, modern facilities, well furnished. Really a delight. Only issue was listing said queen beds when they are doubles (full) which are too small for a large couple. If they replaced the beds with Queens we'd rent again in a hot minute.
Lionel was very responsive with all my concerns regarding check in, the property. Unfortunately I could not stay in the home because it is not accessible for a person in a wheelchair or crutches, which is why I needed a house. This is on me! The neighborhood is also a little dicey though close to the Naval Academy.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Lionel was friendly and responsive whenever I had questions, and he helped right away when we had an issue with low batteries on the back door lock. Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet expectations and was not as described in the listing. The house shows significant wear and was put together with low-quality materials and workmanship. While the linens were clean, most other areas were not. The floors were very dirty. It quickly became a “slippers only” situation and walking barefoot left our feet black. There was sand on an end table, dried pasta sauce on the kitchen table, and several dirty pans in the kitchen. We also found a large grasshopper inside and mouse droppings on a window sill. There were a few safety concerns as well, including a loose back door threshold and an unstable stair nose on the landing to the second floor. The surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe, with noise and shouting through the night, and there was no furniture on the front porch, which seemed to reflect that. The interior lacked natural light and any warmth in decor, giving it a very sterile feel.Overall, the property was not as described and is priced far too high for the quality and condition of the home. While Lionel was kind and responsive, the property needs significant cleaning, repairs, and better maintenance before it can justify the current rate.
