Williams cottage, sleeps five, dog friendly, 0.9 miles from Main Street.

A unique place has a cute style with handcrafted details. It is a 3 min. walk to Sunset Grill for a delicious breakfast, 0.9 miles to Main Street for shopping/lunch. 15 minute walk to Lost Draw. Sleeps 5 with 2 queen size beds and couch. Nice, fully stocked kitchen with Whirlpool appliances. Flat screen TV located downstairs. Full bathroom with eco-friendly fixtures. All linens and towels provided. The fifth guest MUST be under 18.

Cottage has a relaxing front and back porch where you can soak in the ambiance and listen to the birds. The cottage backyard is fenced in for your furry friend to run around in. We love dogs! We always welcome your dogs, but please note: DOGS DO NOT SLEEP IN THE BEDS!!! Our fee for dogs is $40.00 per pet. If your dogs prefer to sleep in the bed, there will be an additional $100.00 fee per dog. We do not accept cats.

LONG TERM: There is a pet fee of $40 per dog. If your stay is a long-term reservation (30 or more days)we do have the pet fee plus a required $250.00 deposit. Upon checking out, you get your pet deposit back if there are no damages, soiled areas, or extra cleaning needed.

Girl Cousins weekend

Very cute and SUPER clean cottage! Would recommend a bit more lighting and signage by the driveway because it is a bit difficult to see if you're at the right place if you arrive after dark.

My husband and I retired and decided to rent out our cottage to travelers through VRBO as we were VRBO guests at numerous places while we were working. We have lived in Fredericksburg since 1996, and we enjoy having people visit our town. We love providing our cottage as a respite from all of the town activities.

The cottage is located 0.09 miles to downtown, 300 ft. to Sunset Grill ( best breakfast ever!), and it is less than a block from the Hospital and High School Stadium.

What makes this property unique

Guests often say the cottage is like being in the country, yet it is in the middle of town! The placement of the cottage makes your stay cost and quite. Dogs are also welcome as the cottage has it’s own fenced in back yard.
