Open floor plan great for small gatherings, perfect for families! A short golf cart ride to Moors Resort & Marina and Ralphs Restaurant. Moors offers a full service marina, boat ramp, restaurant with bar. Out of State fishing licenses can be purchased at Moors Marina.
The space
3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located in Sherwood Shores. Large, covered front porch. Secluded back patio with new hot tub and additional seating. Outdoor area includes fire pit and charcoal grill. Perfect for cozy nights with family and friends. Open living/kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Primary has king sized mattress, en suite primary bath with walk in shower, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom has three section bunk bed, 2 twin and one full sized mattress (top has max capacity of 220lbs as well as each bottom bed) top bunk not safe for children under 6 due to risk of injury from fall. Washer and dryer available for use. Kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities of home.

Really nice place for a family getaway. Adults really enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of room with the open layout. Host was very friendly and helpful. Even had a Christmas tree put up in the family room that helped complete our Christmas getaway.

We had a great stay at this amazing little house! Location was perfect for going back and forth from the Moors marina. The host was great communicating and let us check in early when we arrived due to bad storms when we got to the lake, can’t wait to stay again!!!

Perfect Lake Getaway

We have stayed at several places throughout the Moors area and this cute, clean getaway was the best we've stayed at so far. Perfect location! Hope to return soon.

Wonderful place, it was clean with a relaxing aesthetic. A/C worked well during highest summer heat. Hot tub and fire pit were amenities the whole family enjoyed. We would stay again!

This is a spotlessly clean, spacious home to enjoy while visiting KY Lake. While we did not have a chance to enjoy the hot-tub, it was clean and ready for our enjoyment.Check-in is easy, the host is communicative, and the location is great! We loved the comfy beds and all of the game options provided.

House was clean, check-in was very easy. Large spacious living space for gathering. Great little stay for the weekend! Still giving 5 stars because the place was so nice. Only downfall was parking a boat/trailer was very difficult. Overall a fantastic stay! Definitely would stay again.

Family fun!

Was very pleased with the VRBO. There was plenty of room for us. My mom had a large comfy chair to sit in. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close we were to the Marina.

We loved everything about this property. First of all, the host’s communication was excellent. The home was beautiful, super clean, and so spacious. The covered outdoor furniture and fire pit were great. Hot tub is an added perk!The home was stocked very well with all the things you need. We will definitely return! Five stars for sure!

Very nice stay

We had a very nice, relaxing stay near Moors Marina. We were visiting family in the area and this was a great home to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was more spacious than it looked in pictures and very clean. Nice big backyard with a fire pit to enjoy. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores as well.

Parents only get away

We had the best time staying here! Everything was super clean, cozy and made us feel like we were at home. The hot tub was our favorite part! Although we didn’t get to use it the fire pit area look awesome too. They had all the supplies and a smores kit too. The drive from here to Patti’s was so beautiful! We can’t wait to come back!

Girls weekend

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was perfect for our girls trip! Host even left s'mores ingredients for us! Beds were very comfortable and the living room was great for playing games and visiting. Hot tub was a wonderful, relaxing end to the day, as well as the cute sitting areas around the fire pit and front porch. Look forward to staying again!

Employee Appreciation weekend

This was a very nice place! The host was very sweet and was quick with responses when I had questions. This was definitely home away from home! We will be back! We loved riding our side by side and golf cart around to see the quiet neighborhood. Very beautiful.

My husband and I enjoy "the lake", as we call it, so much that we wanted to provide a nice, clean space with our favorite amenities for others to enjoy as well. My favorite part of hosting on VRBO is interacting with guests to provide a custom experience with every rental. Our home is not just a place to stay, but a lake living, relaxing, paradise that should be enjoyed with friends and family. I look forward to hosting you and providing a great experience!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is my favorite at KY Lake. We are a short walk or golf cart ride to the marina, restaurant and boat rental. A short drive to too many attractions to name, but Patti's, KY Shores and Downtown Paducah Riverfront just to name a few. Our street is right off of the main road to get to Moors which offers more privacy and less traffic, great for walks.

What makes this property unique

Our home provides privacy to guests while still being in the middle of all of the action of KY Lake. Out home offers a hot tub and very nice fire pit area for relaxing as well as a large lawn for activities. Inside, you can play games, cook meals and have all of the amenities of being at your own home.
