Gracias for the looking at our Villa de Encantada, my wife and I own this and take great pride in our décor, and furnishing of it. The views are amazing, as is the Resort. Villa de Encantada is 3,000 Sq Ft, then between the Rooftop Terrace, the Balconies, and the Patio you have over 5,600 Sq Ft of Incredible Breath-taking views that you will never tire of! Remember the old adage Location, Location, Location, this is so true with our Villa. There is no better location in the entire resort. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! Our guests continually tell us the Video and photos do not do our Villa justice. The actual view is far more stunning than any video or photo could show. The best views No Trick Photography or getting up on your toes to get that view of the Beach, Ocean, and Golf course. You will see other Villas have photos taken from odd angles, or from the outside corner of a Balcony so they can show you the Ocean view. Really is that what you are going to do? Go to that one Balcony and lean over for the view, we think not. Our Villa de Encantada has Ground floor views of the Beach, Pacific Ocean, Quivira, Coronado, and Copala we are in the World Renown Quivira Development. Besides having your own private Pool and Jacuzzi, you are just steps away from our Club House Pool, and Pool Cafe & Bar. Dine out at the many Restaurants within the resort, or the downtown is only 10 to 15 minutes away. You will have so many choices. Book massages, at either our Club House or at any of the Pueblo Bonito resorts. When you can come back to your Private Villa you will have the Beach, Ocean, and Golf course views from the ground level to Rooftop Terrace. Our Villa is positioned perfectly for the Best Views Day and Night. By Day the Beach, and Ocean views from all 3 levels of our Villa are amazing. You can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach from inside our Villa without having to go outside. This is from Multiple places inside of our Villa. Lying down in the Cal King Bed in the Master Bedroom, you can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach. Standing in the Living Room you can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach. On our Large Balcony you can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach. When outside on the Large Balcony even the reflection on Sliding glass doors you can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach pretty amazing. When on our Patio you can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach. When on our rooftop you can see the Waves Crashing on the Beach. At night when the Ocean is Dark, and the Desert area is Dark, guess what you see from those other Villas NADA! NOT FROM OURS, we are positioned to view most of the Quivira Development so you see the lights throughout Quivira. We also have great views of the City Lights. When the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pacifica Resorts has their Fireworks show you have Front Row seats on all three levels of our Villa. Again, these incredible views are on all three of our levels from our Villa De Encantada. We have the only 5 Bedroom Villa in Copala, with the best views of any other Villa. We bought our lot pre-construction, picked the best lot, designed the best Floorplan to maximize views. Villa De Encantada being located on the Beach, Ocean, Golf course side of Copala allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the Beach, Ocean, and the Golf course; The Quivira, Coronado, and Copala Developments from all levels of the Villa. Whether you are sitting on any of our three levels (Backyard patio, Balcony, Rooftop Terrace) to enjoy the phenomenal view, or just to relax in our Jacuzzi or Heated pool, you will be staying in your own private Villa. There is always the Free Shuttle to Pueblo Bonito Blanco on Medano Beach, Pueblo Bonito Rose on Medano Beach, the Quivira Golf Club is world renown, and reservations can only be made by residents, someone staying in Quivira, or special invitation. You will be staying in our Villa in Quivira so not only can you play the course you will get a discounted Golf rate.
