What's included in the space? The whole house! You'll have the entire Beach House, Outdoor Covered Deck + Uncovered Deck, Entire Underhome Area & Outdoor Shower. Garage Access where we have a ping pong table and access to corn hole and other fun items.

- Full linens included on every bed: sheets, pillows, etc.
- Trash bags, hand soap in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

The location is considered "The Zoo" of Crystal Beach, as it is typically a more popular area for those looking to have the full "Crystal Beach experience." From the front of the deck, you can catch a peek-a-boo view of the ocean/beach. Only 5 minutes from "The Big Store" which is the most popular location in the area buy groceries, beach supplies, and more [think large local grocery store + hardware store all-in-one].

Here are some important rules/notes regarding the property:
➤ No Smoking
Please do not smoke inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee that will be used for odor removal.

➤ No more than 12 guests
The beach house sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. The septic system can be damaged when used by an excessive number of guests.

➤ No parties or events
We would appreciate if you could treat our home as if it was your own. The quiet hours for the area are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Our check-in times is flexible so you can arrive as late as you'd like, but please be mindful of noise to respect our neighbors - many of which are local residents.

➤ No pets
Although we do love animals ourselves, due to the home being new construction with all new furniture, we have made the difficult decision to not allow pets at this time. Violation of this rule will result in the loss of your security deposit ($250).

Please be advised that the property has 2 floodlight security cameras on the front and the back of the property that are recording both audio and video. These cameras remain on 24/7 for security purposes.

Additionally, we do require both a $0.00 security deposit hold to be paid in full prior to your stay (refunded 1 day after your stay assuming the property hasn't been damaged) and a rental agreement to be signed (with valid government-issued photo ID uploaded).
