This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is nestled in the heart of quaint Frisian village Grou, directly on the Pikmeer Lake with access to Princess Margriet Canal and the waterways of the northern province of the Netherlands and the IJselmeer.

Kade Villa Grou offers a warm and elegant living and dining area with stunning views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen—conveniently located next to the laundry room—opens onto a charming square overlooking the historic Sint Pieter Church, adding a touch of heritage to your everyday moments.

Upstairs, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds have lake view, the third bedroom with 2 single beds has a view of the square and the church. The large bright bathroom has a double sink, a toilet, a shower and a bath tub.

The attic is not included in the rental it is under the slated roof and houses the utility room with water heater and furnace , etc., in addition to the owners storage closet.
