Welcome to our Mayan paradise! This gorgeous and spacious 4 bedroom 4700 square foot villa is the perfect Caribbean getaway home. It is located one block inside Playacar Fase I gated community and literally less than a 5 minute walk to the famed Playa del Carmen 5th Avenue. This beautifully appointed home features 4 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. While the home is across the street from the ocean, an ocean view can be seen from 2 of the 4 bedrooms. The home also features a large and inviting living room and two dining rooms that will comfortably seat 14 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for your entertainment needs. The beautiful private pool is just steps away. It features a deep end for taking a refreshing plunge as well as a 6" shallow end for staying cool while working on that ultimate tan! There are ample pool chairs and beach towels...and a gas grill to offer the ultimate entertaining experience.
