Property features include: elevator, cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, outdoor grills, 2 outdoor pools, and children's play area. Sleeping arrangements include: Two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa(BEGINNING JUNE 1ST, SHEETS FOR THE SLEEPER SOFA WILL NOT BE PROVIDED) In-suite washer and dryer, Well equipped kitchen with SS. appliances, convection oven, granite counter tops and island(PLEASE GRILL SEAFOOD ON THE GRILLS PROVIDED OUTDOORS) Plenty of parking. Sorry, no pets or smoking in unit.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Clean, Comfortable, and Amazing views from the balcony. We had a relaxing getaway just steps away from the ocean. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views from the oversized balcony melted our cares away! Ready to book our return stay!

We experienced some issues. Couple of weeks before arrival was informed the elevator was not working. It was still not working when we arrived. Appeared to be a long term issue. Had problems with the Hot Water Tank that was reports and did not get checked. Commode needed some attention to make it shut off completely and patio had issues with getting it to unlock to open it. We were on the third floor so having to go the steps due to the elevator being out became quite tiring.

The property was just like the pictures on the website. Very clean, nicely decorated and a perfect location. The bacony overlooking the ocean was great to relax on and get the salty air ocean calm fix. Plan to stay again if available!

OBX trip

Condo was clean and well-maintained and nicely equipped. It was close to many conviences and check-in was easy. Nice to see the dolphins close to shore. Would definitely stay there again.

Much needed Peace!

The owners went above and beyond to get us necessary information that we were having a hard time getting due to a glich with vrbo website. The condo was decorated lovely and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The on site property manager was quick to assist with a few minor needs and was extremely friendly! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! We hope to rent this unit again in the future.

Great choice for quiet, comfortable stay

We stayed 6 nights, preparing all of our meals in well-equipped kitchen. Super views from balcony. Only negative experience was that we had to unload the dishwasher on arrival, despite instructions to put dishes away.

Wonderful OBX condo. Right on the beach.

Nicely remodeled. Absolutely perfect location in Nags Head. Can’t get closer to the beach. Highly recommended. Bring or buy supplies including toilet paper.

Sister's Retreat

We vacation at the beach annually, and have stayed in many places, but this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed. Upon entering, the condo was just lovely. Kitchen was amply stocked with everything you would need, and just a clean and inviting unit. The elevator worked the entire time, and the property owner was just very helpful in answering any questions prior to our arrival.

Fantastic Stay

We loved our stay in late March. It was still just barely offseason but we very much enjoyed our time with this as a home base. We were still able to enjoy the beach right outside. We also did spot dolphins the first evening when we arrived. The place is in great shape and has everything you need.

Beautiful

Beachfront condo that was really beautiful and well equipped. It could have been a bit cleaner, however. Overall, our time in this condo was perfect! Nothing could be better than to wake up to the sunrise and the sounds of the ocean. Thank you!!

Great vacation

Our family had a great vacation to the Outer Banks staying here. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we loved being right on the beach. There are a few things we would have liked to know for planning purposes including that would be that we had to provide our own toilet paper/paper towels and hand soap. They also had a coffee machine that took both k-cups and grounds if that's helpful to anyone. We do wish that we had brought some games/puzzles, as unlike other rentals we have stayed at, this had none. Overall it was a wonderful vacation with our family and we would be very happy to stay here again for a future trip to the OBX.

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful condo. It is comfortable and well maintained. I will mention the small bathroom bathtub needs a new showerhead and faucet. These have not been regularly cleaned and have accumulated some bad stuff. No biggie. I have had it happen at home. The bathtub in the large bathroom was great! Lord willing, we plan to be back next year. Thanks for sharing your lovely place!

Perfect home away from home

It's located in a quiet residential area but still close to activities. Plenty of parking. Even a wagon to help get our luggage to the condo so we didn't have to make so many trips. I stepped inside and it took my breath away at how beautiful it was. It was just my adult daughter and I. We each had our own bedroom with connected bathroom. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Great pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The perfect place for us to spend Christmas. We didn't want to leave. From now on this will be our go to place. Can't wait to go again.

Amazing Location

We had a great time at PierView. The location can’t be beat. Literally steps to the beach. Waking up to the view of the ocean every morning and seeing dolphins from the balcony everyday. There was plenty of room for myself and my husband, my parents, and our two kids age 8 and 12. My only minor complaint was there were only 4 bath towels for all of us so if your planning to bring more people, I would add bath towels and sheets for the pull out couch mattress to your luggage. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great Location, Cut Place

It was a super location in a cute condo! Loved the beautiful view from the bed in the morning, you see the sun rise! The balcony was perfect and loved the tall chairs to sit on. The only thing we were not happy about was the uncleanliness. The coffee maker and Keurig were very dirty. So, my husband was not happy about having to go out for his coffee in the morning. We wanted extra blankets because I was a little chilly, but the extra blankets were dirty and laying balled up on the closet floor, in both rooms. Everything was super dusty, I run my finger across the dining room table and left an obvious line from the amount of dust lying there. And there was black mold on the inside lining on the shower curtain. I had more, but VBRO would not let me include it.
