Summary:
Vacation simplified in a true beachfront treasure.

This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is centrally located in Nags Head. Its ideal location is close to many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, as well as fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more.

The Paisley Marlin is a 2nd floor unit (technically third, as there is pull-under parking.) There is a well-maintained people elevator in the building.

Enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed ocean views from your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. The unit also offers a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, two 41`+ flat-screen TVs, one 37` flat-screen tv, cable, and WiFi. On the property, you will have access to two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills, a children’s play area, and direct beach access.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen-size bed. Linens are provided by an independent service (Bath towels, washcloths and bed linens). Beds will be made when you arrive!

Sorry - no pets or smoking in unit.

Our awesome caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as dedicated to your experience as we are.

Home away from home!

We had a relaxing stay at your beautiful place. Kitchen was well equipped, place was clean, bed and couch comfy. Highly recommend and hope to stay again! Kitchen could use a sharp knife for cutting. Master bathroom could use a couple extra hooks to hang items.

A week at the Paisley Marlin

Property was nice, and was clean... but needed some repairs. Being senior adults, we had some difficulty maneuvering the sand hill to access the beach. All in all, with a few items addressed, we would definitely stay there again. The elevator was a super plus!

Great Place to Stay

My wife and I stayed in this unit and were joined later by my sister and brother in law. Everything was wonderful and I cannot recommend it more highly. Here is what I posted on Trip Advisor(edited to conform with VRBO review guidelines): We stayed in a wonderfully remodeled unit for a very reasonable price. If you like oceanfront you can't beat this location. It is also very close to restaurants (I highly recommend Owens, a family owned restaurant for 67 years), a market, shopping, and other attractions. The unit was very accommodating and had everything we needed. It was modern with an attractive interior design. The balcony was our favorite spot, with quite comfortable furniture. The beach is fairly wide at this part of the island so there is plenty of room to accommodate your chairs, umbrella, etc. The complex has two pools and they are the cleanest beach pools that I have ever seen. The caretakers are friendly and provide exceptional service to accommodate whatever you may want. Finally, the owner was a joy to work with and even provided a coupon for a dozen doughnuts. We live in Eastern North Carolina and go to several beaches through out the year. Our schedules are such that we often seek places at the last minute and go to whatever beach that has a reasonably priced place to accommodate us. Nags Head, though farther than some, is becoming our first choice in beach locations. Hopefully we will be able to enjoy this cozy place again soon.

We have stayed at this property before two other times in 2 other units. This one was the best so far! Clean and comfortable! The view is amazing! We used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and the sectional couch was nice too. The dining room table was adequate for the two of us and good counter space. Coffee pot and toaster were good as well. If we had to pick a negative- the elevator was out of order. We were notified beforehand it was not working. The weather was bad the first couple of days so we used the stairs. I know the weather and elevator are out of some folks control but just an FYI it might be an issue for some with difficulty walking or mobility issues.The balcony had a table and plenty of tall chairs to enjoy the view! Included a couple of photos of the view, the kitchen, couch, and some locally made (and delicious!) Duck Donuts. We had a great time and look forward to coming back when we can!

The view was everything. This location was quiet, the host was super communicative, parking was good and it was super easy to access the beach. One piece of advice is to bring a sponge for the kitchen sink if you plan on cooking.

We loved our stay at The Paisley Marlin in August 2025. The place is so nice (and super clean), awesome ocean views with nice pools as well. The location is also great (easy to get around the OBX), with many good restaurants close by. The owners are very attentive and respond to messages quickly. My daughter and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great, semi-secluded area of Nags Head that’s relatively quiet but still in easy travel distance of most of the places in the OBX we enjoy. The checkin process is no hassle, and the caretakers of the property do a fantastic job. Looking forward to the next time we can stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful view and perfect location

I loved this condo! The furnishings were tasteful, and the entire home was very clean. The balcony was wonderful, you could not see or hear any neighbors, making it feel like you were not in a condo complex. Nice beach just steps away. Would definitely return!

Beautiful condo, perfect location

This is a lovely condo, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location can't be beat. This is my fourth stay in this building. I love this location - close to everything you may need: restaurants, stores, attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable.Very appreciated is the balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Amy is a wonderful host! Very quick to communicateand helpful with suggestions about the area and places to dine. I will definitely stay here again!restaurants

Nice condo with great views

You cannot get any closer to the beach than this condo. Great views, close to all the attractions/shopping. Nicely stocked kitchen.. even a roasting pan (that we needed!) Host was super responsive and communicated quickly even providing the best spots to visit. Perfect for someone new to the OBX!

Great beach front condo!

This was perfect! It’s centrally located so we were able to tour the entire Outer Banks. The beach is right outside the back door. And we spent a lot of time watching pelicans and dolphins from the balcony!

Beautiful View

Great time

This was the perfect stay for our family of four. The condo was well stocked and clean. The elevator was a huge help in getting beach equipment down each day. The view was amazing. Highly recommend.
