About this property
NEW! Cozy Loft w/ King Bed Near Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Knoxville
Welcome to this BRAND NEW studio loft! Perfect for a quick getaway, this cozy space is nestled on a hill with distant views of the Smoky Mountains.
Centrally located in Sevierville, less than 25 miles from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, AND downtown Knoxville. Just minutes from exit 407 on I-40. Close to it all, but away from the congestion. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this location will provide you with a convenient base from which to explore all that East TN has to offer!
While this studio has a small footprint, its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly.
The Space:
After a long day of exploring, kick back by the fireplace and watch your favorite show on the 50" smart TV. We love pulling the couch out into a daybed for movie marathons and the TV can easily be angled to watch from the comfort your king size bed!
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped to cater to your culinary needs, whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or prefer to cook your meals. There is a mini fridge with freezer, toaster, portable induction stove, microwave, and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
The hanging chairs underneath the deck provide another comfortable spot to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. We especially love it at night when it's illuminated by string lights! If you’re visiting in the summer, it’s a great spot for watching the fireflies. Whether it's a morning coffee or an evening drink, the deck is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.

The loft is located above the main house’s private detached garage, which is just used for storage. You have full access to the loft as well as the upper and lower deck areas. Across the driveway is the main house on the property. It is totally separate from the garage building but is still visible across the way.
Other Details to Note:
The loft features angled ceilings in some areas. While we love the charm and character this gives the space, please note that guests who are particularly tall are advised to take caution when navigating these areas to avoid bumping their head.
Ample parking is available on a gravel surface. We recommend guests arrive in a vehicle that is suitable for this type of surface. Solid surface parking can be available for those arriving on motorcycle or other special considerations/circumstances.
The landscaping is currently undergoing a facelift, so we ask that you avoid walking or driving on any areas that are not either pavement or gravel.
Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests total privacy, but are always a quick phone call away!
