Make beautiful memories in the Great Smoky Mountains at this secluded, easy to access mountain getaway! Cozy Creek is close to the desired attractions of Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, and Sevierville. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck, listen to the Creek and the birds sing good morning to you. Spend the day touring and come back to relax! Bring a hammock to hang over the creek, relax on the deck enjoying the fresh mountain air... Cozy Creek is the ideal family friendly getaway!

We do allow up to 3 dogs; Effective 6/1/25 pet fee is $50/per pet. We know that it can get expensive to board so we try to make it affordable!

Guests will enter the home via keyless pin pad on door on the side of the house!

We are on a well! We upgraded our water system and tanks beginning of 2023, however, when the house sits vacant for weeks at a time there might be a faint smell of sulfur from the water sitting in the pipes. The upgrades we have made help tremendously but again, when the house sits empty and the water is not moving through the pipes, it can cause a smell. All you need to do is run the hot water for a good 5-10 minutes to get the water going. This is normal for a well in the mountains. Should you have any issues, please contact us!

Please note, if entering from chapman highway, the neighbor at the front of that street used to haul scrap for a living and recently had a house fire- their yard looks like a junk yard. You CANNOT see this from our house. No one lives there, it is just an eye sore.

Convenient Location

The property was located in a private area, but close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville. We loved that it was pet friendly and away from all the tourist traffic. We had a great stay.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect for my wife, myself and our small dog. The Stoddards were very responsive to anything we needed. We will be staying here again.

Great stay for Vol weekend

Property was perfect distance between Gatlinburg and Neyland Stadium. Had a little issue at first but owners were very responsive. Loved our stay!

The house was clean upon our arrival and as listed in the photos. Courtney and Dallas were quick to respond to any of our questions and our dogs enjoyed the quiet street and the many smells to sniff down by the creek.

Perfect for us

Needed a pet friendly place close to Knoxville for a concert at the coliseum. This was perfect. Very accommodating pet policy and a very short distance off main highway but still private and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

Highly recommend

This little house is completely renovated and is a fun and comfortable place to stay. The owners were especially accommodating and allowed me to stay an extra day to avoid bad weather. House rules were very reasonable. It is a great place for birdwatching, and my pup enjoyed the deck.

Cute House!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house! It was very clean and designed well to give you everything you need. The water had a little bit of a bad taste and smell so but we used bottled water and didn't have an issue. Great yard to sit and relax in!! We loved it as a family of 4.

Clean, pleasant, and adequate. Easy check-in. Hosts are super kind and respond very quickly. Nice location just south of Knoxville, and it's a central location to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smokies, and Cades Cove. There is a nice Kroger grocery store about 2 miles away. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, and the refrigerator is clean and very spacious. The only drawbacks would be that there's a bit of traffic noise, the mountain water smells, but after awhile, it is just fine.

Home away from home

We had such a lovely experience at the cozy creek! Described as is! It was perfect for quick get away from home. Besides being well cleaned, the kitchen pots and pans where awesome to cook in! Usually you get leftovers but these made a big difference with feeling like home! Location is great, lots of stores/ gas stations if needed! Quiet and cute little creek in back! Thank you again!

Tiny, gorgeous cottage within a scenic 15 miles of the Parkway

Was easy to get to from indiana. The beginning of the road to house was a little like Sanford and son. Believe they collect junk. Don't let that deter you.!! The house is right off the road, very cozy and quiet, clean, nice deck, comfortable beds, very nice pots, pans and silverware and decorated beautifully. The owners are eager to respond to you also.

Just wonderful!!

We had some issues due to the weather complicating somethings but the owners were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everything got fixed. The hosts are the friendliest and most understanding people. They really do value their guests and go above and beyond. We recommend this place 100%!!!

We are from South Carolina. We love Tennessee so much that we decided to purchase a vacation rental in the area. We try to visit at-least once a month, or every other month- depending on work!

Why they chose this property

We love that it is in-between Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. There are so many things to do in both locations and it's awesome to be able to go from Pigeon Forge in the morning, back to Cozy Creek to recharge- then take on Knoxville for the night, or vice versa!

What makes this property unique

We have a fairly large front yard and a creek along the edge of our property. We also love that we are 25 minutes from downtown Knoxville but also 20 minutes from the Island in Pigeon Forge. There is always something to do!
