Open concept with amazing ocean views everywhere in the large room, which includes the dining room area plus well equipped kitchen with subzero fridge and marble counter top. Unit is tiled throughout! Next to the kitchen and along the hallway to the bedrooms, there is the large walk-in laundry area. Central A/C and automated shades to keep the unit cool during the bright sunny days.
