Chacará in Ibiúna distant from São Paulo 60 Km. With highways of easy access. Very comfortable with barbecue area, clay oven for pizzas and other baked goods, with lounge, swimming pool, area to play football and volleyball, very nice balcony to extend hammocks and rest. Sleeps 15 people quietly. Available for rental on weekends, normal and extended holidays, as well as for birthday parties and others.

Os banheiros estavam entupidos é só redor da picina tinha muita sumidade .Oq teve de melhor foi a atenção do caseiro.

O que posso dizer é que vcs foram conhecer o local antes e gostaram. Tanto é que até estenderam a estadia em mais um dia. Os banheiros estão funcionando normalmente. Depois da estadia de vcs no natal, a casa já foi alugada para mais três grupos e não houve nenhum comentário a esse respeito, deve ter sido algo momentâneo.

Não vale a pena.

Alugamos a casa para o Carnaval 2016. Fomos somente em 8 pessoas (duas famílias). A estrutura da casa é boa, cômodos grandes, mas só! A manutenção é pra lá de precária, chega a dar dó. Tem 3 banheiros, mas num fica fora da casa. Dos dois de dentro, um estava com o vaso entupido e o outro não tinha sequer uma cortina no box. Não pode ligar dois chuveiros juntos senão cai o disjuntor, tinha que usar o vaso sanitário de um banheiro e o chuveiro do outro que tinha ao menos uma cortina plástica no box. A piscina não foi limpa diariamente. O caseiro até aparecia lá, mas não fazia nada na piscina. Até peneirar a piscina éramos nos que fazíamos. Ficamos e água um dia porque o caseiro desligou a mangueira que levava água do poço para a casa e esqueceu de religar. Tive que fazer isso a noite pois o caseiro não era encontrado em lugar algum. Enfim, não vale a pena. Somente nesse site você encontra dezenas de casas melhores do que essa.

Lamentamos o ocorrido e com certeza já tomamos as providencias de correção dos problemas que foram apresentados. Inclusive sempre fazemos questão de que os locatários façam uma visita ao local antes de concluir a reserva, afim de que possam ver in-loco o imóvel. Aliás a chácara é da família há mais de 20 anos e começamos a fazer locações temporárias há 3 anos atrás e desde essa ocasião, todas as famílias que alugaram o local foram conhecer antes de concluir a reserva. Fico contente com isso, pois todos que alugaram sempre gostaram, elogiaram e concluíram a reserva.
