We had a fantastic stay at this Rockport home! The location was great—tucked away on a quiet street, yet just a short walk to the water. The house itself is brand new, with beautiful finishes and everything thoughtfully stocked, which made our stay really comfortable. We visited the nearby public pier, where we were lucky enough to spot a dolphin! Rockport is full of charm, with plenty of cute shops to explore and great restaurants, and it’s also just a short drive over to Port Aransas.John and Isabel were wonderful hosts—easy to communicate with, responsive, and everything went perfectly smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Very quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to the water or drive into town. The house was very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed our weekend trip, as we always love visiting Rockport. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. If you want to cook, they had an everything you would need. Would definitely recommend this rental to others. Our only, and minor hiccup, was not enough wash cloths (only 2) and could use more towels (at least enough for the full occupancy rate for renters that would have the max occupancy).
Loved this vacation home! We will definitely return. The house is extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The master bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. The location was perfect. The beach and shops were just minutes away. The host was very helpful when we asked questions regarding the town. This home is a must visit if you are looking for a nice place to stay.
The property was brand new and super clean. It was appointed just right and was very comfortable. We felt like we were able to come right in, set down our stuff and immediately start enjoying our weekend. The owners did a great job of communicating leading up to the stay and provided great recommendations on local restaurants and activities. The house is a very short walk from the bay and is located just minutes from great shopping and local restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
The house and location was perfect for a getaway trip with my girlfriend and I. At first entry, I was impressed at how spacious, clean, modern, and welcoming the place was. The interior has the fun vibe of a beach house, but is perfectly decorated to make you feel right at home without being overly touristy. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cooking supplies. The location is quiet and conveniently located just a minute-walk from the pier. Also, Port Aransas is a very easy drive from here. I would absolutely recommend staying here, whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or for a trip with family/friends. I know I’ll be coming back!
We stayed at this beautiful home in Rockport, Texas from Thursday through Sunday, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The house itself is stunning beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from everything Rockport has to offer, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat. Whether we were relaxing at the house or exploring the area, we always felt like we were right where we wanted to be.Cleanliness was a standout the entire home was spotless when we arrived, which made settling in even easier. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property to the highest standards.Speaking of the hosts, they were fantastic ,super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Anytime we had a question, they were just a message away and always quick to assist. All around, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. I would highly recommend renting this house, especially for families or groups of four or more. We can’t wait to come back!
Our vacation plans changed the day before our stay due to a hurricane and we found this place and booked it the night before arriving. Process was very simple and easy from booking through checking out.
The beautiful home sat a few streets away from the water in a quiet area. The house was spotless and felt like home from the minute we walked in the door. When I had questions the owners promptly replied and were very nice to talk to. I brought my 23’ bow rider with me that fit nicely under the car port and had plenty of parking space left for when family visited for a cookout.
We check out several great restaurants as well as cooked several meals at the house over the week we stayed and were very happy that our plans had changed. We did go to Port Aransas 4 times during the week and parked on the beach. Never waited more than 15 minutes for the ferries at the times we went. If you get the front of the ferry keep an eye out at the front of the large ships and your see the dolphins playing.
Highly recommend Boiling Pot in Fulton about a 10 minute drive, Paradise Key 10 minute drive, Fins in Port Aransas, Doughnut Palace for some Kolache’s in the morning and Peir 77 which is just up the road (it is cash only and byob with a liquor store next door).
Will definitely book this house again the next time I come to the area.
