Kiawah Seascape Villa

Our villa is located on the second (top) floor of the quiet, secluded Seascape Villas. Perfectly situated in Kiawah's West Beach Village, you'll be only minutes from the Kiawah entrance gate, with convenient access to the West Beach Convention Center, Cougar Point Golf Course, Freshfields Village shopping and dining, and Night Heron Park. Our unit is located less than 100 yards from Kiawah's wide beautiful beach, which can be reached by a paved, shaded path. Out on the villa's screened in porch you'll be greeted with a serene view of wooded forest where you can enjoy watching Kiawah's abundant wildlife. Kiawah is one of the top ten beaches in the US. It is known for its beautiful natural environment.

Our villa was completely refurbished in 2018 with stylish tile and plank floors, beautifully tiled shower, granite counter tops and new high-end furnishings. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, wireless high speed internet, a full stock of kitchen pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware, and available beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy at the beach.

Everything is as pictured and stated in the description. There is a short walk to Boardwalk 7 which was so convenient. We were able to enjoy sunshine and wildlife just steps from the Stacy Villa. Communication was excellent with the owners.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was outstanding and just perfect for a beach vacation. Comfortable bed, lovely screen porch to have coffee in the morning and steps from the best beach. Lots of great places to eat and shop. My only suggestion is to add a blender to the nicely stocked kitchen. We hope to be back!

Relaxing beach vibes

We had a wonderful time at the kiawah island condo. The place was clean and very comfortable! Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the beautiful beach. The beach chairs were so nice to be able to use and the beach was not crowded, very relaxing. Loved Charleston too! We also enjoyed the Salty Dog cafe on the water nearby and live music on Saturday night.
