This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment is beautifully appointed with whimsical ocean-inspired décor and offers plenty of room for you and your guests to sprawl out during your stay! The location is prime—just step downstairs to experience all the exciting events, world-class dining, trendy boutique shops, and vibrant night life Flagler Avenue has to offer; it’s that easy! Enjoy the soft golden sands of New Smyrna’s award winning beaches just a short 5 minute stroll away. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind and watch the crowds below on Flagler Avenue during events from your very own private balcony with outdoor seating! Not feeling like eating out? Prepare your culinary creations in the fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with quartz countertops. Location, comfort, and space—Mermaid's Loft has it all!

*NOISE WARNING* Located on Flagler Avenue. This rental is NOT suited for guests seeking a quiet stay. Expect potential noise on all days of the week at all hours.

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of the dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Uncovered car-sized parking space in rear lot (Dedicated), Street parking on Flagler Avenue (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

This unit was perfect! Very nice and spacious. I also like when rentals have all the basics and this one did. Might sound silly but dawn dish detergent and hand soap in the bathrooms (not a bar. Great location to plenty of restaurants and bars! Would love to stay here again!

We loved this place! The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the location as well - an easy walk to the beach and we walked to dinner every night ! We would definitely stay here again !

These toilets are pressure assist toilets and tend to be on the louder side when flushed due to the extra flushing force they exert. We’re sorry they didn’t meet your standards. The ultimate Flagler experience

Just book it. If you want to walk everywhere on Flagler, this is the place. Rent a golf cart at some point too so you can cruise the entire beach.

Spring Break Girls Trip

This property is spectacular!!! It was extremely clean and appeared identical to the photos online. Location was perfect for access to Flagler Ave and the beach. Check in and check out were simple. I highly recommend this condo. Everyone in my group is looking forward to staying at the Mermaid Loft again in the future.

VERY CLEAN! The primary bedroom is very spacious and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bed is firm, not what we typically prefer, but it was very comfortable and we slept well!Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We ate breakfast in the courtyard a few times in the little restaurant right outside our door.Host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out with a question. No beach chairs were provided but I did inquire for a couple of chairs and host provided. Very thoughtful!!TV’s in both bedrooms and main area, door from second bedroom onto balcony, great water pressure in showers.They do warn about noise and over the weekend (Halloween weekend) it was very noisy until after midnight Friday and Saturday night. We didn’t mind, but it was more than anticipated. The location was perfect!

Awesome property, great location, seemed like brand new renovation, floors, kitchen, furniture, all great condition. Nice decor. Fast WiFi. Directly on Flagler Ave, so expect lively noise into the night until about 2-3am, but anywhere on the Main Street is going to have that. This was perfect for me and teenage kids because of the location, quick walk to beach, and restaurants, etc. we never used the car after parking it here.

Convenient location!

The Mermaid Loft was the perfect location to the beach and Flager Ave restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The condo itself was clean and spacious. Ideal for our family of 5. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and some hair products and shower gel included. Space to people watch on the balcony and a quiet spot on the large patio near the front door. Cute and friendly breakfast spot, "THE PATIO", right outside your front door downstairs---so convenient! I can't rave about this condo enough. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it can get loud at night. It didn't bother our family, kids fell right asleep, but that is us. We enjoyed the people watching. Overall, we loved our stay and the Mermaid Loft is somewhere we would return.
