Relax with the whole gang at this peaceful ocean getaway with comfy furnishings, lots of natural light, & open floor plan for hanging out. A perfect spot for fun times with friends and family. Enjoy the sunshine and gentle ocean breezes with a short walk (4 minutes) to the beach, or sit back and relax take it easy on one of the two decks. Get ready to unwind -- but if you have to check in at work, you'll appreciate the speedy wi-fi and dedicated workspaces. Kid and pet friendly. Note that this unit is half of a duplex. The east side is usually unoccupied and there is still plenty of privacy even when it is.

Great location. Too many kitchen utensils and house hold extras to list. View of ocean from top deck (accessible thru bedroom) is unobstructed. Plenty of parking space. Would stay here again.

For the price we were able to pay for this pre-season week it was perfect! Very easy access to the beach, house comes equipped with everything you need for your stay and is comfy and beach feeling!

Peaceful retreat

Nice short walk to the beach, great location, we liked being away from the crowded area of town. House is well appointed and we were happy with the accommodation's. Would definitely rent again and recommend this house to anyone looking for quite and short walk to the Beach!!

Greg’s beach house was as advertised, clean and nicely decorated with beach vibes decor. The house is tucked into a cul-de-sac with abundant trees and shrubbery that give the home privacy. We arrived a little early and Greg replied immediately to a text with the code to the house for early entry. The home was comfortable and well appointed. He offers far more creature comforts than most other places we have stayed. Though it was only for a short visit, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Excellent location, everything you need!

Girls trip at the end of spring break with moms and teens -- plenty of space, super comfortable, clean with extras like trash bags, toilet paper and body wash provided! A storage closet full of beach necessities like chairs, towels, coolers, and even a wagon! Kitchen is well stocked and host was super good about answering questions before the trip to help me prepare. Also loved that the house was pet friendly, since it is so hard to find a nicely furnished, clean house that allows dogs.Great area for walking and beach access is super close. We will definitely consider staying next time

Great stay

This house was perfectly suited for our family with two young children. It had a lot of extra touches that made our stay very comfortable. Our toddler loved all the toys and we enjoyed the nice living room and deck. The master room upstairs has a nice view of the ocean from the deck. Very short walk to the beach which is beautiful with lots of shells. We enjoyed having a kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Greg was helpful and very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. We are already hoping to return!

We vacation in EI area every year, this was the first time we used VRBO. Our host was great with communication. After explaining how stressed I was because we would have two dogs with us instead of just one his reply was very comforting saying there’s no reason to be stressed, this is vacation, and that I paid the pet fee, so it doesn’t matter if we had one or two dogs with us. This house was spotless! In the past we have spent a ton of money with real estate rental companies for a vacation house and IDK who they had cleaning for them, but they need to get this host’s cleaning group’s number! Hats off! All the beds were made when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was of a nice quality. The kitchen was stocked with every kind of dish you might need. The cabinets were all labeled, which was very helpful. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry all had soaps/detergents available (if needed), and so did the outdoor shower. The trek to the beach was convenient. The storage area had plenty of beach chairs and things to play with. There was plenty of room for our three vehicles to park in the car port.This house gave nothing but positive vibes and helped make our vacation great! We will consider staying here again.
