The Best of Both Worlds

You'll get the Best of Both Worlds, being 15 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, and 15 minutes from the Tampa Bay. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom modern home hosts an open floor plan. The kitchen is also remodeled and stocked with serving dishes, blender, coffee maker, and all sorts of spices for cooking. Enjoy sleeping in, with the black out blinds that are in both bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bathroom was recently remodeled with at walk in shower. There's a new washer and dryer on site in a separate laundry room. There's two beach cruisers to use. Go for a ride to Pinellas trail, where a short 35 minute bike ride can take you to the beach.

A wonderful stay

The property was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and the cooler and beach chairs were a lovely addition. Our host, Kim, was extremely responsive and helpful. Traveling with a kid also loved access to a washer and dryer.

We had such a lovely stay at The Best of Both Worlds! Our host was friendly and prompt with communications. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with items to make our stay comfortable. Great location as well -- it truly is in close proximity to all the fun art and culture that St. Pete has to offer, while also in a sweet, quiet neighborhood where we could relax and enjoy space. We will definitely look into this rental for future visits to St. Pete. Thanks for an awesome experience!
