Fabulous white sandy beachfront condo, newly remodeled. Hardwood flooring throughout, one bedroom, one bath. Completely unobstructed views of the beach. Centrally located from World Famous John's Pass. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your living room with the water just feet away. This condo is walking distance to fine dining, steak houses, seafood fresh caught local grouper, snapper, Tiki bars, groceries, post office, and shopping. One assigned covered parking spot with visitor spots. All the comforts of home, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Starter toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, towels, linens. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, spices, coffee bar with K-cups, drip coffee maker, tea, cream and sugar, air fryer, in drawer microwave, in unit washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, one case of bottled water and so much more! (Due to the recent hurricanes the pool is under construction.)

The host was very willing to answer all of our question. He was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and then some.The unit was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. The beach was right there. It was in a good location for shopping and restaurants. Thru no fault of the host, the pool isn't back in working order yet after the hurricane, but we understand that they do have the permit now to move forward. We would return.

Fourth of July Vacation

Newly updated, clean condo with nice amenities. The pool is not operational yet due to the hurricane but the location is right on the gulf. Definitely recommend.

The condo was fabulous. The decor is great. Washer/dryer perfect. Great views. Easy to get on the beach. Owner is fabulous and responds quickly to any question. Will be booking again soon!

Beautiful condo

Enjoyed our stay. The condo looks just like the pictures. Right on the beach and close to everything. Liked the security of the building. Beautiful heated pool. We would stay here again. We enjoyed our 2 weeks at this condo.

Great Condo

Absolutely amazing condo. Loved how clean and updated it was inside. It’s very safe. Literally right on the beach. So close to some very yummy restaurants. Host is very attentive and responds almost immediately. He even stayed up extra late to ensure we got into the condo safely. Highly recommend this condo. I will be returning for sure.

Modern1 bedroom Oceanfront paradise

Property was clean, well maintained stocked with clean linens and the necessities to get started. Bed was comfotable. The property is oceanfront on the second story and access to the beach at the side of the building. The pool wasn't open due to hurricane damage but Dennis made us well aware of the fact the night we booked the dates and it wasn't an issue for our "beach" vacation. Free covered parking was great and conveniet. The host was very responsive and attentive to all our needs.
