This condo was wonderful. The furniture inside was comfortable, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the place is just very nice. The view was beautiful, except there are two palm trees that obstruct part of the view--generally not too much--but not great if your watching dolphins. I'm also not a fan of the screened in balcony. The host management team (iTrip) was responsive immediately to our text messages. I only have one minor complaint: the furniture on the balcony is very uncomfortable.

This condo is perfect! The unit itself was very clean and had absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were SO pleased that there were several beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella. The beds were VERY comfortable. We love the Arie Dam since it does not have a ton of units, has its own pool, and is right on the beach. We will definitely be back!

This property was absolutely wonderful. Everything from the layout, the beautiful bathrooms, t h e balcony views,even the bech chairs and twols, were great. The location is great to be able to go different directions to shop and eat. Would love to be able to stay here again.

The view of the beach was great, totally unobstructed. We felt like we were on the beach, but without any interference. The room was delightful; the bed was very comfortable; the bathroom shower was excellent. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Our only suggestion would be for a table on the balcony where we could eat our meals.

This condo was beautiful, clean and all around awesome. We were very impressed with the spa like bathrooms. Kitchen was open to the living room and the awesome view/balcony to the Beautiful beach. Pool was awesome too. Would love to stay there again the next time we are in the area.

The condo was spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We were excited that the hot tub on the property was finished and up and running, along with the heated pool. The building is small, so it was quiet and not crowded at all. The other owners & guests were friendly.

Beautiful place and area!

We loved our time at the Arie Dam! The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. The location could not have been better-right on the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and John’s Pass. We will definitely be back!
