Great property

Dana has the home outfitted with everything you need. Any questions and she is quick to respond. Country Roads is a welcoming community with many activities. It is close to many golf courses.We were truly lucky to be able to stay here while in Yuma.

Nice stay

Just what we were looking for. Nice quiet place with some amenities. Played pickle ball under the lights, swam in the pools. Great communication from Dana. The place was very comfortable. Orville and Georgia Paul

Country Roads is the best 55+ park in Yuma. It's a gated community which is well-kept. There are so many activities offered you'll never be bored. The people are super friendly.

What makes this property unique

It's the park amenities that make my places stand out. So many swimming pools, spas, pickleball courts, ballroom, weight room, and the list goes on. Plus it's a little home away from home offering 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen!
