Come and relax at this newly built (2023) 800 sq ft peaceful guest house on a private 2.5-acre estate property. Everything in this guest house is brand new inside and out..All nestled on an Oak tree laden piece of paradise.
The space
Your stay features one spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Open floor plan living area with queen sleeper couch. Fully equipped kitchen and brand-new stainless appliances..And quartz countertops..Home also features a covered car port..With ring exterior security cameras.
Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire guest home.
Other things to note
We provide linens, towels, starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper for your arrival.

Long term stay is preferred, 2night minimum required.

This guest house is conveniently located in the middle of Estero, FL close to shopping and dining. Area offers countless bars and restaurants for your evening fun.

-10 minutes from Miromar Outlet Mall
-10 minutes from the Airport
-20 minutes from the beautiful FL Gulf Beaches

House Rules:
-No smoking, no parties, no more than 4 adults, no spring break rentals. You must be at least 30 years old to stay. No commercial vehicles, no recreational vehicles, (boats, jetskis, Motor homes, RV's, etc.)

Pets Allowed:
-1 small dog is welcome under 30 lbs . $100.00 pet fee.

You will be provided a code for the digital front door lock, so you can let yourself inside.

Host is on the property, and we would love to meet you, but we also respect your privacy. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

Just perfect!

Cute and ultra clean Vrbo rental. Julia & Mark thought of everything we needed. The area has stores, gas and restaurants all nearby. There is a nice park within walking distance also. The bed is perfect for anyone who needs an extra firm mattress. Wish we had the time to stay longer!

Wonderful house and hosts. Perfect central location for all we did- Everblades hockey game, Naples Botanical Garden for Johnsonville Nights, Ford Edison Estate and Buckingham Blues Bar. And the most amazing Christmas light display ever - Over The Top Christmas Lights - 5 minutes away at corner of Sandy Lane/Broadway Ave!!! Hope to get back next year and do it all again.

We were in Estero to celebrate a birthday with a great dinner in Bonita Springs plus a show at Hertz Arena. This house was convenient to both plus an easy drive for a visit to Sanibel. House is quite new, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied. We thought this was an unusually high quality house for a vacation rental. Well done by the owners.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this was an AMAZING property. Everything is as advertised or better. So clean with nice details everywhere. It is very peaceful on beautiful property. Great location

We’ve stayed in several VRBOs and this by far was one of the best. I was super happy about the firm king mattress. The internet was in and out a little bit but it wasn’t bad. Comcast was coming the day we left. The hosts were very nice and kept us informed about the internet issue. We had 5 fabulous days at the beach.
