There was 4 adults and 2 kids. The space was perfect for us. Right in the middle of town, close to groceries, gas and the tavern. Enough parking for trailers if you have them. Great summer vaca spot
The property was great ! Room to park 2 trucks and a trailer and 2 side by sides! House was super clean and enough room to spread out ! My son is celiac so we brought our own pans and such but the kitchen had all the necessities if we had needed them to cook! Bathroom had towels and toilet paper and soap too! Was just what we needed for a great vacation thank you!
The house was as described. Worked well for us. Only issues we had were the door lock pad didn't work a few times and there was no key as a back up. We were able to get in eventually. Also, window shades are in bad shape and need replaced especially in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
We had a great time during our stay in Newberry. The rental was as described, it was conveniently located near gas, groceries, restaurants and was next to the north /south trail. The home could stand a update to window covering especially in the bathroom. Was disappointed there wasn't a grill for cooking out, this would be a great addition. All in all our stay was pleasurable, we rode 400+ miles during our stay, the weather was perfect.
The place was a perfect location between where we wanted to go visit. It was clean and fit what we needed but there were a couple things that needed to be fixed to make it better. The door knob fell off but we were able to put it back on to lock it. The towel rack fell off in the bathroom and the blinds had some damage. All every fixable and still worked for us.
The house was centrally located to many attractions for us to use as a home base. It was a clean, cute house with everything we needed to be comfortable. The house does not have AC but there are fans provided and they were sufficient to keep the house cool.
Our stay was good, however, the beds were uncomfortable, the one bathroom was too small, furniture was old, floors creaked, house had a unused/musky smell, no A/C
