We sincerely believe we should have gotten the 5 star rating. We went above and beyond the normal business practice to accommodate these guests: called them to our home and made a list of what they would want and bought those things (no home would have everything for strangers!), gave a further discount of ~20% in per diem rate, gave them keys to move their things before the due date, and when they had internet issue one time, we worked with the provider and got fixed within hours, although it was midnight at our location abroad.
