Outdoor Features:
This is the only unit with private outdoor space offering guests a more exclusive experience. Furnished with outdoor furniture, it provides a comfortable and inviting spot to relax and unwind. Gas BBQ grill is available in the shared courtyard.

Just 1 block away for bottled water and snacks.

Dog-Friendly:
$50 non-refundable fee per dog.
Please notify the owner in advance if bringing dogs. Towels provided to clean your dog by the front door.

Free Street Parking Only! No designated parking. Uber/Lyft recommended.

Exceptional Service:
Our property is owner-managed, with two local managers just 10 minutes away. We take pride in meticulously maintaining and cleaning after every reservation. Sofa has sofa cover which is washed after every reservation. Extra clean towels and beddings always available for longer stay.

Great for Large Groups – Ideal for wedding groups or multiple families gathering. The entire property accommodates up to 24 guests when all four units are booked.

The owner was very helpful and informative of local restaurants and bars and other things. The place had everything we really needed. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was a plus even in Jan when the beach is too cold
