House on the back bay with a boat launch and two kayaks on site!!!

This house is pet friendly!!! It has a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy fishing off the pier and a beautiful sunset view. There is a boat launch on the property so don't forget your boat or jet ski. The two kayaks and life vest are there for you to use at your leisure. There is a park with a playground, picnic tables and tennis courts just outside of the neighborhood. The house is just one mile from the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast Beaches. The house sleeps 7, so bring your friends and family.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip the beds.
Turn A/C up to 75 degrees in the hot months Turn heat to 68 degrees in the cold months
Start washing a load of used towels. Leave excess towels in the bathtubs for the housekeeper to finish washing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No grease down sink. Rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. No eggshells in garbage disposer. Only toilet tissue in toilets.
Please watch your children. No jumping on furniture. No markers, paint or slime allowed.
Please leave house in a tidy condition. Lock doors and windows upon your departure and/or each time you leave the house.
