We had an absolutely perfect Spring Break staying on Bernard Bayou! The house was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing family trip. The dock made fishing easy for the kids every morning, the back porch was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunsets, and having a boat launch right on the property made the whole week even better. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when they allowed us to reschedule our original trip with no extra cost and even said they were praying for our family. That meant a lot to us.This ended up being one of the most peaceful and relaxing vacations we’ve had in a long time. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It was clean, well-stocked, well-located and right on the bayou. Secluded, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. Never had to communicate directly with the host, which speaks to how well they have prepared the guest experience. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a hassle-free experience. One note - the fishing in the bayou wasn't great. Maybe the wrong time of year, the weather - don't know. Caught some, but not what I expected. Again, the property was great!
