The kitchen set up worked well for us. We loved the fireplace & screened in porch with swings. There are 5 cabins on the road. Blackbear Hollow was the 2nd cabin in & we only saw 1 truck drive by in 3 days. So many trees that you really couldnt see the other cabins. Would definitely stay there again!

Chillin in the cabin

Great spot to relax in the woods yet close enough to blue ridge or ellijay to find fine dining and shops. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay again if we venture back to that area.

Beautiful cabin. Meticulously kept. Views from the back screen porch were very peaceful and calming. Beds comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the hammock swings on the back porch. Decor was very woodsy. This is one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in . The host was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful cabin. Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Sarah the host was easily accessible (which we did not need for anything), and communicated everything we needed from check-in to check-out. We loved the screened in back porch, it was so peaceful. When we return to this area, I would definitely stay in this cabin again.

Very serene and in the forest. Easy to find and excellent location to go North or South. The only suggestion would be to get rugs with a backing to keep area rugs from sliding when you exited the tub. Our hosts were quick to respond when the TV lost it's picture and replaced it with a new one while we were exploring the area. We will return to this cabin again.

Lovely mountain cabin

This cabin was so comfortable, with beautiful upgrades and meticulously kept up, the whole experience was so wonderful and comfortable. The gas fireplace and tasteful decor made for a great stay. Will definitely visit again!!

Nice getaway weekend

Enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. Cabin was nice and clean and it had everything we needed. It was well located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Would stay again.

My boyfriend and i had a great stay at the cabin. It was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to. The walks down the road were very peaceful. The swings on the back porch were nice to sit in and relax. The property manager/owner was very nice.

Lovely cabin!

Cabin is exactly as advertised. Very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds, nice outside area and relaxing hammock swings. The cabin has the perfect location in between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. We will be back!

I loved the cabin and the location. The screened in back porch was wonderful and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem was a bad smell in the refrigerator. I reported it but there wasn't really anything they could do while we were there. She assured me that they would address the problem for future guests. I would definitely stay here again if that problem was fixed.

Cozy cabin getaway

This cabin was perfect . The size , the screen porch , and the fire place was our favorite! We felt very secluded for not a long drive in the woods at all . We didn’t get to hike because the weather was bad but still a nice place to be cooped up. Highly recommend this place for a cozy getaway!

Awesome cabin for peace and quiet

Great cabin, from location to comfort! The beds were absolutely awesome and it was very homey. LOVE the back porch and the privacy makes you feel like your all alone with nature. Definitely wanna book again!

We had a real good time at the cabin. Beds were comfortable, sitting on the screened in back porch with a great view was awesome. Loved the grill, it made some really good burgers. Some of the furniture was made with some gorgeous wood. We enjoyed the fireplace. There are a few things that need attention-the refrigerator still smells bad. I cleaned the inside, but did not help. The rugs in the bathrooms are very slippery-almost fell a couple of times. Supplies are limited. No condiments. The cabin is in a remote area, so you may want to stop at a store before you get there.The light over the stove is out. It is in a beautiful area. There are four neighbors in the area but still have privacy, so it was not an issue at all. We were there when the leaves started changing to some beautiful reds and yellows. This cabin is a great place to visit.

Far and away the best rental experience I've ever had! The cabin is just a short drive from Blue Ridge, Georgia. There are a lot of things to do in the surrounding area; hiking, waterfalls, vineyards, orchards, and great eating and drinking establishments.The cabin is a short drive from the main road and easy to get to. Directions to the cabin provided by the host, Sarah, were easy to follow. The cabin is pretty tucked away. There are a couple of other cabins nearby, but not too nearby. The cabin itself was everything I could have hoped for. This was by far the cleanest rental property I have ever stayed in, both inside and out. A lot of rentals have only the bare necessities, but this cabin had everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with both pod and drip coffee pots, nice pots and pans, wine glasses, and coffee cups with bears on them! I loved the gas fireplace! Easy to use and no cleanup required. If you want to sit around a traditional fire experience, the fire pit outside will do just that.I'm low maintenance and had no issues during my stay so my communication with the host, Sarah, was limited but very pleasant. Directions and check-in/check-out instructions were promptly provided and easy to follow.This was a solo getaway just for me. I wanted a few days away from everything, in a quiet cabin in the mountains of North Georgia. This was everything I wanted and more. I will certainly be back, and next time I'll bring the kids...maybe!

Peaceful Porch

We spent an absolutely serene week at this cabin. The screened back porch is such a gorgeous and peaceful place. We have stayed in several places in North Georgia, and this cabin is in a great location. Sarah was very friendly and responsive with any needs. We can’t wait to come back to this rental and hope to make it at least an annual event.

Great Property and Communication

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. The cabin had everything we needed for the week. The back porch is one of the highlights if the property. We had our coffee every morning out there. The property owners were very responsive to communication. The location is Cherry Log is perfect if you want to visit Elijah, Blueridge and the surrounding areas.

Peaceful Setting

Our family enjoyed this cabin and spent our time hiking and then spending the early evening sitting by the fire pit. Wood is supplied, as we did not know that and brought our own. The beds and linens were comfortable, which is important, especially to someone having back problems. Would suggest a bench in the bedroom instead of a swivel type bar stool. The cabin had a very rustic, wildlife theme which was nice. A very enjoyable stay.
