Escape to this second-floor corner unit for the ultimate relaxing beach vacation. Equipped with a full kitchen and private balcony, this condo is perfect for family fun. Enjoy the community’s beach walkover, pool, and grill area, all within a gated space. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and a 10-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Enter into the open living room and dining area filled with natural light. Step out to the private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, the loft offers extra space for kids or guests.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present the entire stay. No smoking in the property. No pets allowed.


Please be careful on the ladder to the loft, climb up and down slowly. It is easiest to face the ladder to go up and down. Guests using the ladder access to the loft do so at their own risk, the owner or property manager are not liable for any accident or injury.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

Clean, nice sized condo for our family. Kids loved the loft! Had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach and pool. Lauren communicated with us throughout our stay and checkout requirements were quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time. The pool was nice. Felt safe that it was a gated community. The condo was cute and the kids loved the loft. We had everything we needed. Will return next year.
