The balcony of Quail Hollow B2-1U overlooks the sugary sands of Crescent Beach, with a sweeping view of the surf, the natural dunes, and the big blue sky. Sitting out here in the early morning, you can inhale the sea breeze, watch the birds flock to the beach for breakfast, and perhaps even catch the last rays of the sunrise coloring the horizon. It’s so peaceful and inspiring!
Just inside the sliding glass doors, you find yourself in a blue-and-white room with a nautical theme, luxuriously soft white sofas, an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player, and even a table and chairs. The floor is smooth and soft, the atmosphere cozy, and the furnishings so comfortable. The perfect place to begin and end each day of your adventure in St. Augustine!
Beyond the living and dining area is the kitchen, with a breakfast nook just for two and spotlessly appointed, completely stocked cabinets and countertops. Quail Hollow Ocean Beauty

My husband and I loved this ocean front condo. It was perfect size for the two of us, well furnished, beautifully decorated, and featured spectacular ocean views from the balcony. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing Ocean View

This property was very nice and quiet! It was nice to have access to a pool, too, as it can get very windy on the oceanfront. Beautiful setting and easy access to the beach, but might be difficult for some because of the stairs since it's located up on the dunes. Loved our time here and would highly recommend.

May at the Beach

Just right for 2! This was our second time staying here so that says it all. The home was well designed with quality. Everything we needed and more! A perfect getaway for one or two people. Well designed with fabulous views, beautiful art and decor. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. The small balcony was just right with amazing views of the Atlantic. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us! One small thing, there were just enough towels/washcloths for two which made timing of laundry essential. I would have brought an extra set had I realized.

Easter Vacay for 2

Very clean, great views and easy access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Didn’t use the pool; but appreciated the comfortable accommodations and use of kitchen for relaxing dinners. The kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, but happy we brought seasonings from home. Get a bottle of wine and you’ll bet set! Beach access is excellent! Spent a lot of time by the water. Easy to get to St Augustine, about 10 min, excellent restaurants. We requested an additional set of towels which they did bring over, having a washer and dryer was convenient as well. Note: lots of stairs from parking to the unit. We used the beach chairs one day and watched dolphins from the balcony, fantastic! Overall a great place to stay, we would def choose this condo again.

The condo is the perfect size and location for us. We have stayed there on 3 different occasions. Unfortunately , this time we had to cut our stay short by several days as my husband came down with CoVid. I did inform the office of this so any extra cleaning needed could be preformed to prepare for the next guest. We do love the condo, but I must say, it is starting to really show its age. The sliding door to the balcony has NO lock. It has been completely removed. I did report this the day we got there, but no one came to look at or fix it. (We used a walking cane to prevent it from possibly being open.) Also, the kitchen items are starting to get a little hodge podge ….no baking sheet for bread or cookies, a few floor tiles seem loose (you can feel them give and make a slight noise as you walk across them) and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. We were surprised at the limited towels we were given. 2 adults in the condo for 7 days and when we arrived, there were only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels - with only 1 beach towel (I guess we were supposed to share it?). Giving each guest only one bath towel for a 7 day stay is not acceptable. I will say, when I called, they did bring us towels within the hour - but why did I need to ask??? If 2 towels is the standard now, please let your guest know in advance so they can bring their own! I am not sure if we will return to Quail Hollow in the future….. and that is a shame.

Property smelled of mold and found mold on the window seals. Horrible unit that needs a lot of work.

Property manager was great and luckily had another comparable unit to put us in for our one week stay.

Perfect Week

We really enjoyed our stay at Quail Hollow. We loved how the condo was decorated and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The views from the balcony were great and we enjoyed several interesting moon risings. The stairs were not an issue because you can drive up an access road to unload on arrival and reload on departure. The furniture was very comfortable and there was ample space for the two of us. There was a good selection of books. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we didn't need to use since we had brought our own. Overall, it was a enjoyable, relaxing stay with great weather all week. We would definitely come back again, if it's available the next time we rent.

Ocean front view 🌊

Overall the condo was a great place to stay!! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom window!! Great beach access and not crowded at all. We got in very late and wanted to get right to bed, pulled back the blankets and the bottom half of the bed was covered in sand....we had to change the bedding. I am assuming that the last renters did not strip the bed as instructed by the owners. With that being said I would assume that a cleaner would have checked that everything was in perfect condition for the next renters due to the fact that you pay a cleaning fee with you reservation. Also in the photos they show the laundry supplies that you need since you are asked to start a load of towels before you check out, but there were not any and we had to purchase....not a big deal but would have been nice to know ahead of time. There was no pizza cutter or bag clips for chips...not a big deal but there were two garlic presses...just a few minor things that could have been better. Still a great place to stay!!

Quaint condo on the beach

We had a great view with easy access to the beach. The condo was well equipped and met our needs. The condo was quiet, peaceful and secure. The only draw back was the Parking situation on the premises which was a challenge with our luggage and no upper level parking.
