Crossing the cable bridge, you see the re-purposed barn wood on the outside, along with the hot tub on the front deck. Inside has a vaulted ceiling, open beams, a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull down, queen-sized wall bed. You will also have your own kitchenette to create your meals.
Logan is home to this cabin. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hocking Hills State Park and Rockbridge State Nature Preserve, while Flight of the Hawk Sculpture Park and Paul A. Johnson Pencil Sharpener Museum are cultural highlights. Corn Maze and Adventure Golf at Rempel's Grove are also worth visiting.
The location and space were great. Asked for an earlier check in and they were not able to we end up driving thru a snow storm and after going to the grocery ended up checking in rather late. No heat on when we arrived so we made dinner with our coats and hats on. The heat wasn’t working correctly and we couldn’t figure it out finally called the number left on the wall in case of emergency since we could see our breath and it was midnight but no one ever answered us not even in the morning. For the amount we paid to stay overnight I’d have hoped for at least a txt. You’re charged a cleaning fee but must do your own dishes and cleaning before you leave. Communication was good leading up to our arrival after the code was given the only other communication we were given was a reminder to be out by 11 or pay additional fees. The place was beautiful for the little time we had there even with no heat thru the night :0(
