The Laguna House is a well maintained home that is stocked and updated as often as possible to meet the needs of our amazing guests. The beautiful Laguna House is a comfortable 5 bedroom / 3 bath home in the South Port subdivision of Port Mansfield, Texas. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a modern, fully furnished kitchen with a dining table for 8 and a spacious living area with a 75” smart TV. One of the bedrooms in the main house has a queen bed and a XL twin bed. The other bedroom in the main house has a full bed with a brand new mattress as well as an XL twin bed. The Master bedroom has a couch in the sitting area as well as a queen size bed and an XL twin bed, Every bedroom has flat screen TVs with cable channels. The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with a full bath, including 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and 2 above bunk twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
Relax on the front porch with bay views or enjoy the outdoor area with a propane cooking grill. There is ample parking for vehicles and boat parking.
Port Mansfield is well known for the amazing fishing & hunting on the Laguna Madre Bay. There is NEVER a bad day on the water here! Speckled trout and beautiful redfish is what most are hoping to catch while visiting here. We are also known for great duck hunting as well as white tail deer and nilgai. This small town has a secluded atmosphere with good restaurants and marinas.

Hi! We are Ray & Deidra. We are new to this VRBO thing. Ray's dad was a fishing guide many moons ago in Port Mansfield and Ray and his younger brother spent many summers exploring and fishing in Port Mansfield. Since then he's been hooked! So, we decided it was time to become a part of this great community!
Why they chose this property
The South Port neighborhood is hard to beat! It's a little piece of heaven with the bay views for days.
What makes this property unique
We loved this house at first sight because we could envision our family off six and a our friends who are like family enjoying this space with us due to the size of the property! We love the 2 separate areas (downstairs apartment & upstairs area) to give privacy but still have the togetherness. We love the yard. We have 3 dogs and know they will be safe and happy in The Laguna House. The upstairs deck has the best view of the bay to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to enjoy the sunset and a cocktail in the evening.
