What we didn't like was that it did have a roach problem and the majority of the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable misshapen especially for the price.

Shower handles, sink faucets, Kitchen faucet, refrigerator shelving, flooring, mini splits not working. BBQ pit needs to be replaced. Plenty of room for everyone. Layout of house is perfect for our group. The new railing on stairs and upper porch was nice and really needed. Upgrades to fishing dock nice as well.

Down fall on house was the very bad pier lighting. All houses around had enough lighting for a football field and we were left with lighting as if you were in a vehicle. Fix lighting on pier foe best experience.
