Very good location 2 minutes from a taxi station, 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Fifth Avenue, safe environment, convenience stores, very private and completely quiet.
Large contemporary house storey, very spacious and bright with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Open living room, large terrace and large swimming pool.
4 bedrooms upstairs.
Quiet, close to shops, beach and downtown less than 10 minutes by car.
