Owner pride is apparent in this beautiful 2- story construction situated at the foot of Door County's landmark bluff in downtown Fish Creek, in the exclusive community of the Bluffs at Cottage Row Court. This unit is spacious at 3200 square feet with 3 bedrooms, each having their own full bath. First-floor Master bedroom also provides an attached master bath with a gigantic walk-in shower, custom painted cabinetry and an oversized master closet with plenty of hanging space and shelving . The kitchen has all granite counters with stainless appliances, custom painted island, wood floors, a wet bar, a walk-in pantry, and all opening to a great room with a flat-screen HD TV with cable above a stone hearth with gas fireplace. There is a large deck overlooking Founders Square with a new patio set with umbrella. The entire town of Fish Creek is within walking distance (Founders Square, fish boils, the marina, White Gull Inn, Door County Confectionery, Wild Tomato, with shopping galore). This condo was designed and built with traditional style and has impeccable attention to detail designed for rest and relaxation. Wonderful “home”

This is a great Vrbo! Felt like a “home”, not just a place I rented. Great owners, very responsive. Home was super clean and set up great for a family as big as 8. Very short walk to all the Fish Creek locales. Also right in the middle of all the other towns…easy access to Egg Harbor, Ephraim, and Sister Bay. Really loved this vacation.

Great location for an easy walk in to town for shopping, restaurants etc. or to the marina. Plenty of room in the kitchen if cooking in. Bedroom/bathroom set up was perfect for our group. Nice deck for grilling or just enjoying the outdoors.

After growing up vacationing in Door County, we wanted a beautiful, private home of our own and one that was also situated in what we feel is one of the most charming towns in Door County, known as Fish Creek. Since we wanted a location which allowed the ability to walk everywhere, we built this condo in the Cottage Row Bluff development, just behind Founders Square. We enjoy the benefit of this ideal location in the heart of Fish Creek when seeing how our kids get the taste of some freedom as they roam and explore by foot or bike different shops, restaurants and the beach just blocks away.

Why they chose this property

We chose Fish Creek to build because it has the most charm, unique shopping, one-of-a-kind restaurants, the beautiful beach close by, and is at the doorstep to Peninsula State Park. The marina is also breathtaking and convenient for boating as well as the Fish Creek beach for swimming and sunbathing.

What makes this property unique

When traveling with families, one of the unique benefits is the proximity. We can be cooking dinner on the front deck while our kids are at the Door County Confectionery, Fudge Shop or Dippy's Ice Cream shop enjoying a sweet treat. We don't have to worry about loading the car up to go anywhere. It's a very relaxing atmosphere which is ideal for entertaining.
