New building by the sea, 3 lifts, apartment on the 5th floor, east, side view, 2 covered parking spaces in prime locations. 2 bedrooms, one suite, bathroom, kitchen and living room with balcony. Air-conditioning split, double bed box, bed linen. Recreation area on the roof with pool, barbecue, Gymnasium, sauna, game room, party room. Maid service by appointment three times a week the guest's discretion, included.
The condo has a public entrance with receptionist 24 hours and a service entrance with concierge 24 hours, intercom and security camera throughout the condo. In addition to being in front of the Rescue Office of the Fire Department and 25 m from the Military Police Desk.
