Want the best of cape cod? You've found it! Perched high on a bluff overlooking Nantucket Sound!Unbelievable ocean views overlooking private beach. Just step down from your front door on to the private association beach.

We take our guests comfort seriously. We strive to offer the best experience possible. You will notice the attention to detail.

To Our Valued Guests:

The beach cottage was built in 1950 and we took it down to the studs and completely rebuilt it in 2022, adding a mast bed/bath, wrap around deck and fenced yard, indoor-outdoor living space, brand new bathrooms, outdoor shower and Ipe deck, hot tub, fire pit, EV car charger, solar panels, and the most beautiful kitchen with ocean views!

*Kitchen: Entertain friends and family in the new gourmet open kitchen, with high end appliances, and open concept overlooking Nantucket Sound. Easy outdoor access for grilling and entertaining on the deck.

*Dining/Living: Dining space for 8 opens into living space with gas fireplace, flatscreen t.v., and windows overlooking Nantucket Sound. Plus additional outdoor dining room table seating 8 as well :)

*Master Bedroom: King bed overlooking Nantucket sound with sliders out to deck & hot tub. Private bathroom & washer dryer.
*Bedroom 2; Queen bed with Casper mattress
*Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin bunk beds, sleeps 4, with Casper mattresses.

*Master Bathroom: Attached to Master bedroom with tub and shower.
*Bathroom 1: Centrally located between two bedrooms, with walk in shower
*Outdoor Ipe (sustainable brazilian hardwood) shower with ocean views is our favorite feature in the house :)

*Four Season Porch: After a day at the beach relax in the porch listen to the waves, feel the ocean breeze, or take shelter from a passing storm.

*Huge fenced yard: Play around in the fenced in grass yard, or relax on the large deck. Have a clambake or BBQ using the Gas grill and table seating for 8. Sunbath in privacy on the Outdoor furniture, and 4 lounger chairs. Relax in the hot tub at night while stargazing over the ocean.

Our Dennis Port beachfront home places you right on the water. When you step out from your front door, the stairway to the ocean is there waiting! Ultimate Dennisport

This very well kept, fully renovated house was perfectly maintained. The location was awesome: right on the beach, a short walk to Willie’s Bakery, a hotel with rooftop bar / restaurant, Banderos deli, etc. and not to mention a short drive to great restaurants and shops. The property manager was extremely responsive and clearly intended to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. This was a great home and vacation.

We had such a good time. Even with rain and overcast we walked the beach, relaxed in hot tub and sat by the fireplace. There was some great vintage shops in area and traveled to Provincetown, Seached Out 4 Lighthouses

Beauty on the beach

What a wonderful place to stay! We so enjoyed our time in Cape Cod, and this was just the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the private beach, views from inside the house, enclosed porch, the decor, and the overall layout of the house. The view from the primary was beautiful and I looked forward to doing dishes while watching the ocean. Would love to stay here again! Plenty of room for our whole family. Beds were very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Excellent water views from all front windows and property. Sunrises and sunsets equally gorgeous! Cozy interior with gas fireplace and large screen TV. Beachfront, outside seating, a visiting seal, water fowl, star gazing from the hot tub and finally a responsive host. We will be back.

Stunning location and beautiful house

The property looks over the ocean and is adjacent to stairs to the beach. Fenced yard was a plus for our dogs. Hot tub and fire pit are delightful. Inside the house was equally delightful, modern, and plenty of space. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and the sun porch. We enjoyed walking on the beach each day. Easy to get to other places we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend.

Best vacation home I have ever stayed in !! The pictures just don’t do this home justice . So well done, clean and cozy . The hot tube made it even better . The yard was just wonderful, lounging on the furniture and eating at that wonderful picnic table that seats 8 people . I didn’t want to leave . The host /owner is a gem .
