Imagine sleeping in the woods in this secluded and comfortable NEW cabin! Soak up some sun on the outdoor decks with gorgeous views of the trees. Soak in the indoor pool, relax in the hot tub or play endless games in the Game room or curl up and watch a movie in the large theater room.

Close to everything the Great Smokies has to offer! 13 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 26 minutes to Gatlinburg and 14 minutes to Wears Valley. Grocery store is minutes away!

General:

All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed) unless discussed and exception made prior to booking.
12 people max
We provide a start of soaps, shampoos, toiletries, paper towels and condiments. You may need to buy more.
You will likely see and hear critters
Bears are dangerous, DO NOT FEED THEM
Pets allowed - Extra pet deposit and cleaning fees apply. $450 with Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight must be less than 40 pounds for each animal. Pet type/picture must be shared prior to booking. Pet must be crated if left alone in home or taken with guest.
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
The hot tub/indoor pool is for guests 25 and over only. Kids allowed ONLY with SUPERVISION.
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub or Indoor Pool. You are not allowed to use the hot tub/indoor pool if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub/indoor pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!
No late check out or early check in UNLESS arrangements are made with owner.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge per hour.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control - We recommend travel insurance
If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 per pet.
You MUST sign rental agreement electronically after booking


Security:

Lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
All overnight guests must be registered with the host Unless prior arrangements are made.
Guests should comply with all posted parking rules / signs.



Hot Tub / Patio Area/ Indoor Pool Area

No glass containers inside the hot tub/indoor pool area or on the porch.
No more than 10 persons on the deck at any time.
No more than 4 persons inside the hot tub at any time.
No children under the age of 10 years old in the hot tub at any time. No unattended children in the hot tub or on the balcony/deck at any time
No children WITHOUT SUPERVISION allowed in Indoor Pool.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It has been since August 2021 since we last visited the city and this stay was much better than our previous (different home). The beds were comfortable, house was clean. Host was extremely responsive! The only call out I want to make is that the pool is black so you visibility is low. This is fine if your stay is for adults or older children but we traveled with smaller children. Everything worked out fine just made us nervous initially not being able to see under water. We would book the property again.

The house was very spacious and offered lot of amenities that our family appreciated (indoor pool, hot tub, game room and movie theatre). We had a toddler with us, so the two steep staircases in the home were a bit worrisome for the entirety of our stay, so I would recommend this place for families with slightly older children for this reason only. The paper products were a bit scarce but otherwise it was clean, in a great location, and provided our family with a great spot to enjoy a lot of new memories! We even spotted a mama bear and 2 cubs in the backyard one night! (We were safely on the deck). Thanks for having us!

The cabin is great. Had an issue with the upstairs thermostat. Messaged the owner who had his handyman out within 30 minutes, fixing the issue. Very professional. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Nice roomy house for 8 people including 5 teenage kids Well stocked kitchen. Location was good….. close to pigeon forge amenities like the island etc. The fence by the hot tub was disconnected to the house so the teenagers needed to put a bunch of chairs in the opening to prevent potential bears from coming on the porch. Alarm to pool room was not functioning properly and would go off even when using pool door code so the teens could not use the pool. Relatively clean however one of the master beds did not have cleaned sheets so we had to wash those sheets the first day.

I love traveling with my family and we have been all around this beautiful country but once we came to see the Great Smoky Mountains, we fell in love with them. The rolling green hills, clear cool rivers, bewildering wildlife and friendly people captivated us. We decided to buy a cabin to have a place to call home in this mesmerizing area. We also believe sharing what you have and building relationships is how we progress as humanity therefore, we would love to share this amazing cabin with whoever wants to come and enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

Its close to all the attractions yet secluded enough for privacy. 10 minutes to Parkway and Pigeon Forge along with slew of restaurants. 15 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.

It has all the amenities you can dream off: Large game room with pool table, fooseball and Theater room, Indoor pool and a hot tub Not to mention its BRAND NEW.
