Perfectly located just steps to pristine south beach, will wow you from the minute you enter with its wide expanse of windows with sunlight streaming in all day long. The great room boasts comfortable seating for immediate "BHI Turtle Time". The game room next to the living area provides lots of options for fun.

The gourmet kitchen could win the Best on Island Award with the attention to detail one rarely finds in a vacation home. Fully stocked - just bring your food - you will find the chef in your group will be inspired to create great meals. An XL center island with beautiful countertops for meal prep and entertainment, high end stainless-steel appliances, 2 full size refrigerators, separate bar area with a wine cooler and ice maker. Right off the main kitchen, this home also has a unique outdoor kitchen with grill room and another XL table for “outdoor” dining rain or shine – another place that sets the scene for great entertaining and family memories.

The open floor plan all leads to the expansive front deck for dining outdoors or to take in the sun and sea and enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful ocean views. There is ample room for reading, relaxing, cocktail hours or just gazing at the rolling surf from the comfortable porch furniture - a sure favorite spot for early morning coffee, and for watching breathtaking sunsets with a toast to the day enjoyed.

The home features 5 bedrooms and 4 full and 1 half bathroom, comfortably sleeping 14 guests. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, including two king master en-suites and a king guest room. The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the fifth bedroom hosts two queen beds with two trundles. An upper floor sitting room includes a sleeper sofa.

The home is equipped with a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay. Bedding and towel linen services are provided, along with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys and beach towels ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. This home features two washers, two dryers, and two refrigerators making it easy to manage laundry and food storage for large groups. For entertainment, highspeed internet is provided. There is a flat screen TV in the living and upper family room, and three king bedrooms. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you!
Additionally, we offer a highchair, pack-n-play, board games, puzzles and books. The sunny game room and second floor living area provide additional spaces for relaxation and play. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day of fun in the sun.

This was our favorite house we’ve stayed in at Bald Head. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfy, the living space was very nice, and it was very walkable to the beach. We hope to stay here every year!

Spring Break at BHI

This property was perfect for our party of 10! With 4 adults and six kids (and a dog), there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out at the house when the weather didn’t cooperate and extra space if we wanted to include more family/friends. The house was fully stocked with bikes, chairs, golf carts, kitchen equipment and everything else. Most impressive was the communication with the property manager, Tyler. We had a great week!

Great Memories

Our third trip to BHI and our third property. Each time has been a better experience. This house is perfect for one large family or two families. Plenty of living space. Close to beaches. Great Friend Reunion House

We recently stayed at 3 Sea Holly Court for the second time. Our first visit was over Thanksgiving during Covid where we enjoyed a wonderful (and very needed) get away with family and our children's friends. This second visit included a gathering of 5 couples who are close and dear friends. This house is the perfect venue for large gatherings as the living area/kitchen space is open and expansive and perfect for entertaining large parties. We also loved the large deck area for social gathering and views of the ocean. We have rented many houses at BHI and this house by far is our favorite.

Annual Family Vacation

We were very happy with the house it fit our family of 13 very well and the location was great. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay including a broken bed in the kids room upon arrival and during a rain storm a master bedroom with a leaky window which was discover when a suitcase full of clothes was found soaking wet. Both situations were dealt with in a timely manner which we appreciated. My only complaint is the amount of large bugs there were inside the house and outside on the deck. I have stayed in many other rentals on the island and have only experienced this problem once before. I would suggest maybe getting an exterminator or following up with the one being used for better service.

Large House- Great For Families!

We just stayed here for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for 3 adult couples and 3 tween/teenage girls. The rooms were well-sized and each room had its own bathroom so no one had to share. The main floor/great room is really spacious, which we loved. The kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor kitchen/grill area was really cool. There are also 2 washer machines and 2 dryers which was super convenient. There were 3 golf carts as well which was very helpful since we had 3 sets of adults. The house is very centrally located and is a really easy walk to the beach, about 1 minute in a golf cart. It is very easy to get to the grocery and shops and to both BHI and Shoals Club. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and the Property Manager was very communicative and easy to reach. My only complaint was that the house could use a really deep clean. It was generally clean enough but there were a couple of areas that could use a good scrub- the master bathroom walls were a little yuck. The master bedroom bedding should definitely be upgraded/replaced and a lot of the cushions and upholstery and rugs throughout would benefit from a deep clean. It was certainly not a deal-breaker by any stretch and the positives definitely out-weighed the negatives but the house could use some TLC. Still would recommend and like mentioned above, was one of the larger houses we have stayed in on the island, which was a total plus.

Lovely first (but not last) trip to the Island

This was a lovely, very well situated property -5 min walk from the beach, 10 min ride to BHI club, 5 min ride to the market. The house was lovely and well-equipped for our large family (3 adults, 7 kids from 7-14 age range). We rented bikes for the little kids - the house comes with 4 - and they were able to ride around the island. I also like that the house is close to south beach, where the water is smoother and not as rough (I get nervous with so many kids and no lifeguards). The BHI club was wonderful for the adults bc of tennis, golf and the fitness center. I will say that the pool set up is really geared towards younger kids - our 7 year olds loved it but the five kids from age 10 and up really preferred the beach. And during the high season you can only reserve 2-3 hour pool slots which fill up fast. So while it’s nice to have access to the club and not that expensive for a week or so, if you don’t play golf or tennis and have older kids you might skip it. Anyway, this felt like a house and a vacation spot that has it all. Can’t wait to visit again…and again and again. Last thing - everyone told us to bring our favorite foods from home and I honestly think that was unnecessary. While the market didn’t have all of our favorite brands, it was pretty good - it’s just more expensive. Next time I will only bring liquor (which you can’t buy on island), favorite wines (there is a very good buy limited selection) and true specialty items.

Great location and house

This home has a great location and was plenty spacious for our group of three kids and five adults. Beach access just across the main road which was convenient. Having three golf carts was great - the one with the "truck bed" on the back was helpful especially for picking up part of our group from the ferry.

Great house and agent

Perfect place for our mix of three families. (10 all together). Lots of room, great kitchen. Huge deck. Relatively short walk to the beach. Very clean, lots of towels. Central location to get to the market or the BHI club. 3 carts was a big plus (although the two 6 person carts were enough for most of our outings). Barbara was a fantastic representative. Communicative throughout the rental process and very helpful.

This is the perfect house!

To say this property exceeded every expectation is an understatement. We came as an extended family to experience the much-beloved BHI Halloween weekend tradition & absolutely loved every second. This home is IDEAL for a family with multiple adults & kids. Every couple had their own (king!) bedroom & the 5 children were incredibly comfortable in their rooms. The kids rooms are set back in a way that allows for the adults to enjoy a post-kid-bedtime evening downstairs & not worry about waking the tiny humans. The family room & kitchen live perfectly. We can only hope to return. Thank you, Barbara, for your kind and gracious responses to our questions and for making this stay so very special!

We really enjoyed this home. The 3 golf carts were very helpful for us to have options for transportation as there were three couple staying at the house. We chose this home because there were 3 King bedrooms. The common area was very open and comfortable. We would consider renting this again and bringing our families because it was much bigger than we actually needed this time.

The worst part of our stay was leaving....would have liked to stay longer. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great bathrooms. Really cool screened porch with built-in grill which we used daily. Enjoyed the games area. Appreciated the Smart TV on our one rainy afternoon.
