There are 4 cozy rooms. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has a shared pocket door with the office that can be closed for privacy, and it has it's own door to a hallway. There is a private bunk room with a twin over full bed. The office room has up to two twin beds along with a desk and a tv. This room is very sunny with great views! The living room has a couch and chairs along with a tv and floor cushions. The dining area is just off the kitchen and open to the living room. There is a small table off the kitchen for cards, puzzles, and games or a little breakfast nook! There is one bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet and a half bath with a sink and toilet. There is a beautiful screened in porch with a table and chairs and a small bar area. This overlooks the whole yard and the water. New to the property is a mini split heat pump that keeps the cabin cool and dry on hot and humid days! There is a traditional fire pit on the property as well as a gas fire table. There is an electric grill and a coal grill available to use. We will provide some yard games for you as well. You may have access to the shed for extra storage as needed. For the waterfront, we provide life jackets, floats, kayaks, a standup paddle board, and plenty of seating. There is a private dock and patio dedicated for the unit, though you will see neighbors! The water is shallow for quite a distance, with a nice sandy bottom. You can swim out to and jump off of the new swimming raft too! There is a blue lake house also on the property that will have renters. Each unit will have a dock, and patio, the equipment is available for each unit to use. These units can be rented together as well! The wood fire pit and the pathway to the water will be shared, each unit will have a private patio area, grill, and propane fire table.
