Our 2nd story 1 bedroom 1 bath recently updated condo accommodates 4 nicely with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, plus a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa in living room. Our balcony offers awesome water views and a boat dock right at the door!
This nicely appointed Green Cove Resort unit is stocked with bed linens and towels as well as range, refrigerator, dishwasher Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans and everything you need to prepare meals. Also included are fun nautical/beachy serving pieces and barware. Heat, air conditioning, wifi, a 42" TV fit with Amazon fire stick and an electric fireplace to take the chill of those cool nights at the lake are provided for your enjoyment!
The Resort features a pool, tennis and basketball courts, a catch & release stocked fishing pond and fish cleaning station, and there are many local fishing charters on-site too!
Don't want to cook? Enjoy a casual meal or cocktail at Wild Wings restaurant and lounge located next to Green Cove. Other popular area destinations include nearby Magee Marsh Nature Preserve, Port Clinton for nightlife and fine dining, the Jet Express ferry to Put-In-Bay, African Safari Drive through Wildlife Park, and the Port Clinton sand beach. On Catawba Island you'll find more dining opportunities and the Miller Ferry to Put-In-Bay for passengers & vehicles. Visit Marblehead and spend a day at Monsoon Lagoon outdoor waterpark or East Harbor State Park. Finally, it'll be worth the 32 mile trip to visit the famous Cedar Point Amusement Park and/or Kalahari indoor water park in Sandusky, Ohio!
