Whether you're on a trip for work or pleasure, unwind at this quiet single family home. The house was lovingly renovated from inside out to accommodate all travelers. Located just 25 minutes from Boston as well as 10 mins away from beaches there are so many restaurants and activities.

Main bedroom has a queen bed with an on-suite
Second bedroom has a queen bed
Each room has a dedicated AC/Heating unit
There is a TV in the living room with an Apple TV
The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, glass wear and utensils
There is a washer and dryer in unit

Guest have access to the entire house except for the basement

I believe in privacy so you wont see me. However I will be available via phone, text and email if you need me. I also live close by if you ever need maintaince.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a small street.

The house has a driveway that can fit 3 cars. Ubers and Lyfts can find the house easily

We had a great stay! The house was cute and clean, located on a very quiet street. It's located in a very central area that made it easy to visit several other surrounding cities. Host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area.

Very nice house for a weekend trip to Boston!

My family spent a long weekend (Friday-Monday) here in Lynn on a visit to Boston & this house was perfect for that! The house was at a very convenient location (only about a 20-minute drive into the city), was very clean, and the owner of the house

This is a cute little house. The neighborhood was quiet. We were visiting Salem. The drive to Salem was easy. Depending on traffic it took 20 to 30 minutes to drive to Salem. It was wonderful to come home in the evenings and just relax.

Fantastic Stay

The Quiet Single Family House was the perfect place to stay for our group of a mom and 3 college-aged girls. We had plenty of space, the home was very clean and comfortable, and we were central to everything we wanted to do in the area. The neighborhood was peaceful and it wasn’t far to restaurants and grocery stores. The homeowner was a great source of information on things to do in the area as well as very responsive to any questions I had. I’d definitely rent from her again. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back for another stay!

The online listing was deceiving in terms of neighborhood and access to commercial areas in terms of shopping as mature ladies traveling I was not comfortable at all in the property and as soon as I arrived I ended up bookng a hotel in Boston proper. Notified the owner and no response at that time
