Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine applies for violations

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $250 fine
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. No loud talking or gatherings after this time. Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund
