The place was very comfy, clean, and well-decorated. It has everything you could need for an extended stay (minus a washer/dryer). I had no issues with the check-in process, and the host was both very friendly and responsive.

Little Blue Place

My review on this blue little place. Booking was easy. We never actually checked in the place but we had all the info we needed before we got there, so that was nice. The reason for not actually checking in was the neighborhood. It felt ... creepy, in my opinion. Broken down, abandoned trailer house beside it and the whole surroundings looked unsafe. Host seemed very understanding and professional. Our refund period time had expired so we are out 140.
